First of all it wasn't a drug deal gone bad..The Strip is CRAWLING with cops...Jackson was INSIDE in the bathroom..( Maybe the Krystal burgers were kicking in)..Nukeese and Edwards walked over to the car..put on their black hoodies and attempted to rob the guys.."All they had was a cheesburger"...Jackson came out of the store and said.."We had got to go"..As they were driving off..Richardson and Edwards supposedly told Jackson and The woman driving the car.."WE JUST TRIED TO ROB THOSE GUYS"..
The clerk saw the incident..she was the one who called the cops..They were arrested just a little ways from the Pilot Station...Pot was found in the car and some paraphanalia..The girl said it was her's..
Video showed Jackson was inside and the cops let him go without posting bond...Richardson and Jackson's bond was set at 19,500...Richardson's family let him set..For one thing they didn't have the money to bail him out..another they wanted to teach him a lesson..
IMO Jackson has to go..Sad..He looked to be our next AA in the secondary...But If I had to bet. Kiffin lets him stay and it will end up biting Kiffin and UT in the arse...The kid is trouble..If he stays he better be on a "SHORT LEASH"...if he gets in trouble again..Kiffin will never live it down..I say count your losses and move on...

he won't be charged by the DA's office. They can't prove beyond a reasonable doubt he was involved. If he gets bounced from the team, it will be later, for something else.
