Nice swarm of refugees when it goes south
I'm hoping AJ treats this like the Ngannou fight.
One right hand and end it. Thank you, game over back to where you came from.

I'll continue to bang the drum that TNF games should be reserved for teams coming off the bye
They get back to back 10 days rest.

re: Trump promoting a 50 year mortgage. Dave Ramsey will lose his mind. Terrible idea - imo

My point was length of mortgage doesn't matter with regards to people wanting to move, a 30 year fixed isn't stopping people so why would a 50
Are people staying 30 years paying off then moving?
I doubt it, therefore no difference taking 15/25/30/50 if you're moving after 6

How has Washington's OLine allowed them to get to 6-2

I don't agree with it but this is being seen more in Europe and also Japan.
It basically solidifies a "family home" and people can/will pass a mortgage on to children rather than a paid off house. Houses being passed on is only really a 2 generation thing so it isn't considered the biggest issue.
Having said that, had every intention of paying my first mortgage off in 17 years...but we are upsizing in a couple of weeks and years are being added to make it affordable

Given people the Taliban want to kill are typically people who helped your country during their occupation I'd suggest they are people you should want in your country to show thanks.
How many of their family etc. could be a different conversation

Unless he pulls his finger out the Jameson Williams contract will start to look bad soon.
But as has been said, locking up talent sooner rather than later is always the correct play.

I'm pretty sure she talked tough on immigration but hasn't done much.
The EU has outgrown itself, if it returned to a trade bloc and nothing else I'd be fine with the UK returning to it. However, the powers that be would never allow themselves to lose that power, and if it did happen it would be a ticking clock until they start to add new elements to it.
From a US perspective a broken EU is better for trade

Wouldn't shock me if the front 6 is our lineup for the WC
Tuchel has talked about the best team, and that's back to back good performances, Anderson looking very comfortable again. It's no sure fire thing Palmer and Bellingham get into the team, though I could see Palmer taking Rogers spot.

I wonder what he does in his day to day life
Generational wealth, but I suspect there's a lot of "I could have been"
Also makes you wonder what the rookie QB contracts would be now if he hadn't helped push them to a wage cap

I always tell myself I'm going to learn sign language, seems quite rewarding to be able to include people into more things. Things like this show why more people should.
