Sorry to hear that. That sucks. Certainly puts my sleep issues in perspective.
Its all goid. Don't say that. To each person their issues are very real. Lack of sleep is a major problem and can alter one's life. You deserve to have the best sleep possible and asking questions posting is a tool to solve that issue. One's may seem worse than another but to that person no matter how slight an issue resolution is warranted if possible.
Good luck and keep working to figure it out. I wish you success.

I shite in a bag for a few months while the new internal pouch the built me healed and could be leaked checked.
After the bag the new pouch they built me works but has very little storage capacity leading me to have to shite every few hours.
Which is why I get up every two or three hours.
Sleep is a premium so I've put a lot of reading and work into making it the best it can be. After 16 years of trial and error what I posted was what I concluded to be the best non medicated combination. So I made the suggestion in hopes it would help.

They need to dump these regulations on SRV monitoring with the garbage equipment they want you to install.

That's just install. Not maintenance.

Window unit set on cold.
Heavy blankets.
Replace bedside lamps bulbs with incandescent. No leds.
Read a book before bed consistently.
Pray a rosary.
As someone who will never have more than 2-3 hours of sleep at a time.. getting any sleep is a premium.
Over the years I've found this best combination.

There has to be a reason they are doing this
In 2016 there were like 66k or so people vote indefinitely confined... allow ones to vote with a signature instead of ID since they are incapable of basically leaving their house.
In 2020 that number grew to 225k...
Why do you think it exploded?
No ID needed.
As a matter of fact a high ranking Dem voted that way and was caught skiing at the time of the election.

Reliable figures from Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) data and analyses (including Legislative Audit Bureau and other reports drawing on official data) are:
2016 (November general election): ~66,611 voters with indefinitely confined status (or who certified as such on absentee applications).e68212
Urbanmilwaukee
2020 (November general election): ~265,979 voters certifying indefinitely confined status (absentee applications). Of those, about 220,404 actually voted as indefinitely confined.5b6fc9
legis.wisconsin
Difference (status/applications numbers most commonly compared): 265,979 - 66,611 ˜ 199,368.
This large rise occurred mainly due to the COVID-19 pandemic (self-certification under the existing statute for age, physical illness/infirmity, or indefinite disability; no photo ID copy required for these ballots, with a witness signature instead). The Wisconsin Supreme Court later clarified that pandemic stay-at-home orders alone did not automatically make voters “indefinitely confined.” Numbers have since declined substantially (to ~144,000 as of mid-2024) but remain well above 2016 levels.

I've worked storage caverns.
You have a lot of piping and casing that can't sit surface side due to corrosion and that needs to be covered and nitrogen padded or installed downhole or it will not be serviceable. I've been on a project where they wasted 1.3 million on casing and piping that set out in the weather for so long it be came scrap and had to be repurchased.

Drain tank.
Change oil.
Belts.
Hoses.
Tires.
Brake fluid.
Drop a can of seafoam in the tank and fresh real gas.
If there was ethanol you dont want to run that shite in there.
Condition seats if it is leather and wipe down all plastics with a good conditioner.
Enjoy. Great car.
