Need to go ahead and Koolseal that trailer roof.
Your mechanic is right.
When I wash i meant just the deck AFTER it cools to not warp or cause issues with the sealed bearings. I then blow everything off before storage.
I was just surprised at how easily the switch just came apart. It is 15 years old and I'm sure the plastic is brittle.
I went ahead and separated all plugs on the harness and put dielectric grease on all of them while I was in there testing.

This was an exmark quest with the kawasaki engine
Doing research a lot of these ZTRs use the same 3 position 5 prong switch.
They can wear out.
Put a volt meter across across the battery and you should be at 13.0- 14.5 VDC. Charging working.

It would have dispersed soon enough on its own.

I just hope it saves someone the trouble. It was a weird issue I wouldn't have expected. Especially since the switch looked fine and started fine.
Lawn Mower Charging Solved. Maybe it helps someone...
Posted by thejudge on 6/12/26 at 10:27 pm
So my lawnmower had not been charging the battery. After a few cuts voltage drops and the electric clutch won't hold and blades drop out.
Finally got to looking at it. Voltage out of the rectifier was low.... I replaced it. Still the same issue. Turns out it has to see battery voltage to initiate the charging voltage going out.
I started ohming out wiring and found the wire to the switch after wiggling the fuse to have way too high a resistance value intermittently.
Come to find out the switches that are common on a bunch of these machines can corrode or delaminate enough to drop out the voltage back when key is on to signal the voltage regulator to put out.
This machine is washed and cared for and stored inside and the switch still looked like shite and separated.
New switch was $16. The voltage regulator was $52. I kept the old as a spare.

Around 2012 or something like that.
He had me convinced to drop enough for 20 coins.
I tried for a while just to buy this shite and was like frick it. No one is going to use this if it's this hard to buy.
I gave upm

Why is it so difficult to find a mattress that can be flipped?
Years ago a bunch of elderly people died in a nursing home fire.
They started mandating the bottom of mattresses be made with flame retardant material.
Therefore they are no longer designed to be flipped.
You can rotate.

I wanted to take my kids as Skenes is my son's favorite player.
It'll have to wait. I don't know what kind of costumes or sights that maybe out and I really don't feel like explaining this at a baseball game.

It's funny because it's trash.
Natural Light was in the bars when Bud Light came out.
No one would drink it.
They pulled Natural out and made it a second tier beer and cranked up the marketing.
It was always trash.
More like a truck of Tabasco sauce.
re: Can we have an unconventional uniform thread?

Early baseball days coaches were players too.
Hence the uniform.
I think it's great.
We had an old man years ago coaching against me in rec and he wore the same uniform as the kids. Cleats and all. He was amazing and great for the community and really knew baseball.
Every year I think about doing it to as I still coach and I think I'd just come out looking stupid.
He looked like a baseball player.
I'd end up looking like a try hard. I bet most people wouldn't get it. I love baseball.

Used to the hustler was the cheapest you could get with a welded deck and a kawasaki engine.
Lower center of gravity since you said you are on a slope. At least committed to many back when I was looking years ago.

Yep, as soon as you issue laptops or chromebooks, your scores go down. And despite the fact that research shows students learn best from textbooks, we continue to get away from them.
After running The local.scbool board budget through GROK and asking questions I had it extrapolate the cost of education with laptops and that for the current student and compare to traditional textbooks adjusted for inflation and it calculated we are spending anywhere from 5 to 22 times more per student compared to traditional texts.
I couldn't narrow it further since the budget was soooo broad on some categories you had to ask the school system for a more direct breakdown of all these generic categories

Rams win.
7-2
Wonderful outing by the pitcher Conrad.
Excellent game management by Coach Reid.
Highlight reel on the double play off the bunt in the 3rd.
Really showed character after getting shelled yesterday.
