re: Man changes beach safety forever: Teen swimmer caught in rip current rescued by drone

I think there is something that can be done using drones and visual recognition software.
Set them up on a patrol with cameras rolling and a light or audible alert.
If they detect from the air rip current imagery they can sound the alarms and clear the water.
They could work autonomous

Don't forget BBP. Great company hiring techs now in LC.
You'll work construction and can be kind of a dead end of pulling wire and running conduit for 2 years before maybe getting on the instrument side.
I will say aptitude will shine quickly. If you apply yourself.
I taught at Sowela for a year at night while working as a tech.
YouTube is your friend. You can learn as much as you want. Especially with free manual downloads from every manufacturer.
Look up and read on and watch videos on..
Endress and Hauser have the best instrument videos.
Rosemount DP transmitters
Emerson DVC positioners
VAC positioners
VEGA radar both open air and guided wave
Fisher valves
Fisher 3582s
Valtek valves
Switchpacks
Crystal pressure calibrations
Fluke multimeter.
mA drivers
Trex communicators
Control valves. Rising stem vs quarter turn.
PLC programing as a specialty. Name your price.
Analyzers and chromatograph types. Name your price.

We like the Kawasaki Pro cause you can slide the back row forward for a longer bed when you don't need the two full rows.

re: "Rogue" Devices Found Hidden In Chinese Solar Panels Could "Destroy The Grid"

Part of my job is in power generation.
America has no idea how precarious he grid is. How long the mainline transformers are taking to just rebuild and lack of components.
I keep 7 days of fuel and an generator ready at all times. At least enough time to hopefully figure something out.
We have run it into the ground. Some of the main feeders up the east coast are over a hundred fricking years old.
The government has done nothing to prepare and much of our hardware is overseas now.
Example. We had some big prices of equipment that failed. They are on a ton of machines worldwide.
No spares available. Had to be forged in Texas. Machined in California. Finally assembled in Canada and sent back here for install.
Took weeks. Without it you make no power. These items used to be shelved everywhere as all power plants use them.
Zero to be had basically worldwide.
I was floored.
We are fools to spend what we do and not protect our power.

They need to partner with Balls seasoning and season the fingers.
Made in LC.
I bring it with me when the kids want Canes. Dust it when it comes right out.
It's fantastic. It's replaced the season all in my cabinet.
Same people who do Balls fried chicken.
It's Amazing.

There is a reason none of our leaders get drug tested.
I have to get tested for my job for the company and DOT to keep my job and pay taxes.
They can spend them without testing for anything.

You can get a laptop from the Dell outlet store.
Buy a scratch and dented not a refurbished.
Save a fortune.
My last two came from there.
My XPS laptop had a giant scratch on the outside like from a razor knife opening it up.
Didn't affect the function. Save 40%. I still have it and that's been 10 years ago.

Yea. RAMS missed third base running and lost a run. They should have 2
They also committed two errors in the first.
You can't make that many errors and make it against them.
You do have a vet in the guy who stole home who can pitch. Hes a 4 year starter.
Their sophomore QB can pitch also and is a lefty.
I feel they maybe out of pitching though. Their offense can show up in a big way.

Arnold was frankly the best general the Colonies had up until his injury at Saratoga. Too bad he became a turncoat.
After he was passed over due to politics like 5 times. George Washington even recommended him. The wealth he had he gave it all for the Revolution and was not rewarded despite his accomplishments, injury, and wealth.
Eventually he bargained with the British with a lot hanging on retirement.
He was broke, permanently injured, out of favor, and afraid he couldn't take care of his wife.
That was a massive driving factor in his defection.
Not saying it's right, but it's way more nuanced than most understand.
