Just kept up with plugs and fluids.

Get in a pool quick.
Start floating and hanging your lower half to de compress.
Add in yoga stretches in the water.
Work on really strengthening your hips with monster walks and squats, lunges in the water so the weight is supported.
Once you really stretch and decompress you'll start to see relief. Don't overdue it at first.
If there is a hot tub get in after.
Amazing results. Truly. I get in the pool at the rec every chance I get now. Really stretch out and work core and legs till I'm exhausted.
That and occupational massage helped me more than id imagine.
Ill never not use the pool the rest of my life. Im down 30lbs.

Wow. I'm sorry man.
We pulled a guy out of big lake several years ago who got sharked.
We were able to tie his arm up and keep his hand where it got removed like 90% and get him to the launch and into an ambulance.
It was surreal.
I also don't store everything under the cap hull and keep a tourniquet handy in a First Aid bag.
