Moss was involved in a fight at his high school. This got Notre Dame to release him from the program before ever being a part of it. He then tested positive for smoking weed, which violated the probation rules and got him kicked out of Florida State. This is a lot worse than that.
ETA: I can't believe people think that Janzen was buying a soft drink or taking a piss when New Keys and Edwards randomly decided to rob two people and just miraculously found a pellet gun in their friend's car.

No, he went to FSU after getting his scholarship rescinded at Notre Dame.
While he certainly wasn't a high character guy coming out of high school, he never tried to commit armed robbery either.
As for smoking weed, it seems like Janzen and Moss are pretty much at the same level at age of 18.

this is a joke.. JJ was the lookout....he should be gone too.... after a certain amount of time of getting scared that the police might be coming... he knew time was running short. Notice he didn't say "what are ya'll doing" or "Don't do this" or "What the F*ck is going on".... Its sounds a lot like JJ was saying its time to split !!! He is just as guilty

Randy Moss was involved in a fight were he and some more guys beat a kid so bad he lost his spleen..Lou Holtz released him from his scholly...He went to Florida State where he broke all of Deion Sanders records in spring drills..( 40 yard dash, vertical leap, etc) smoked dope while on probation and ended up doing time. That is how he ended up back at Marshall.

you can suspect he was the look out, you can even know it in your heart, but I doubt you can convince a jury. what you know, and what you can prove are two different things sometimes.

One doesn't need to prove he was the look-out, or had any prior knowledge that the robbery would go down, in order to prove that he was an accessory to the crime. His actions, specifically getting into the getaway car with Richards and Edwards and leaving the scene, prove that he was complicit in the criminal act.
