One way to help fix it is make primary care competitive. If they were paid more, you’d see a huge shift of applicants trying to do it. Can’t beat the lifestyle.

Lot of layers to this issue. Hospitals want cheap labor and many US grads don’t want to go to someplace like Shreveport and do a less competitive residency so those spots have to get filled somehow and they do it through international grads.

I remember when Spencer’s started selling full on sex toys when before it was just a dirty gag gift shop and kinda taken aback because anyone could just walk in there and see it from the mall.
Imagine thinking you’re in the most oppressive country in the world and yet still completely comfortable enough to ask the governor of a state to leave your restaurant. These are the same people who want us to have the same government as Cuba.
At the fishing camp I usually get drunk and put some red beans on top of some tortilla chips and cover it in nacho cheese with jalapeños to make red bean nachos.

Judges have to be held accountable for this shite. Removal from office, disbarred and possibly even some jail time. Inexcusable.
