Cardiac arrest of any kind. Once the brain stops getting perfusion, you don’t feel anything. If CPR isn’t started immediately and by someone who knows what they’re doing, your brain is likely cooked. Hell, it’s likely cooked even if they do everything correctly.
My biggest concern is his competition. Do they play any dudes at that classification?
