I never thought I would defend Staley so much, and I know we aren’t privy to the details. But very bad look for Geno. Yeah, you hate to lose. We get it. Total childish move at the end.
Coming into the game I thought UConn would be a better match up for Texas, and I think that is correct. UConn was getting a pass by name and record having not played any of the elite level teams yet this year. This game wasn’t an anomaly, it was a true barometer.

South Carolina does seem to get away with being way more physical than other teams in the few games I’ve seen them play vs LSU.
Not sure why Geno would be pissed at Dawn about that, though, when his issue should be with the refs.
