Tiger Rant is hilarious right now now. They really think they have a shot at Saban.

We all know LSU fans are stupid as frick and autistic. But this may be the dumbest thing I’ve seen from their fanbase.
Why would a 74 year old who retired as the GOAT come out of retirement into a hornet’s nest of a situation with all the NIL and Portal issues still the same as they were when he left?
The lack of basic logic on there isn’t surprising, but it is funny. Do they realize how ridiculous they look?

That's the issue with LSU fans. They're always miserable because they dream too big. Temper your expectations and you'll enjoy life more.

They'll tell you "it's all in fun". ..
They're TOTALLY not delusional.

They’re coping about the Kirk video by saying “Kirk said Miles to Michigan!”

100 million is wealth for his great grandkids.
I mean, it's not like there's not a REASON... his legacy as the GOAT will remain in tact, no matter what he does.
Does he want to burn that much love at Bama? We'll see.
Who cares, in the end anyway? He IS old. However much gas he has left in the tank ain't gonna be a 2007-2023 run.
If he chooses to incinerate the Bama nation affection, that's his choice. But 100 million bucks, if that report is accurate, is a looooooooot of cash to say no to.

Well the AD just came out live and said “no shot” Saban as HC
So anyone that might have been hoping can now move on and forget about that possibility.

I’ll be honest, I rarely ever read other teams boards unless maybe the week before we play them to see what’s up. But this thread made me curious to check out the tiger rant, I thought no way this is true. But it is!!!!
LOL
They really do believe Saban is going to be their next coach and are not ashamed of genuinely believing it.
That’s wild

Last night approximately 70% of the first page topics was about Saban’s imminent return to tStick.
I feel sorry for them. They are having firer’s remorse in a big way.

No rational LSU fan thinks we’re getting Saban.

It's a very LSU coaching search, elation at firing Kelly at a terrible time to be doing a coaching search, then the pets heads falling off panic phase, now into the we getting (insert legendary coach) delusion phase. Then when they make a lackluster hire, as that's all that's out there currently, will come the rationalization phase and everybody will be 'scared' as they are laughing at LSU just falling further into irrelevance

Shouldn't they actually hire an AD before going about trying to hire a HC?

Saban is a near billionaire from his investments in car dealerships, I dont think hes concerned about setting up family up for the long haul
Saban would be a terrible hire. He wouldnt know how to use the portal, he had issues navigating NIL with the guys he did have ("LANK") and he is in his mid 70s. Pass.

I’ve said before, I don’t think Bama fans will begrudge Saban if he were to go coach LSU for a few years. NIL guarantees that no coach, not even Saban, will dominate CFB again like he did at Bama.
We got the best years from Saban and I thank him for it. That run will never be replicated.

the irony of bama fans talking about the education and literacy of LSU fans. Do you listen to your fans on finebaum?? lol

They believe SABAN always loved LSU more and his juice will surge knowing he can go back to his long lost lover.
