Patrick Mahomes made this guys coaching career. Good luck.

After all you said the past few years, do you really champion this idea potentially?

This would be fantastic news for 15 SEC teams.

I don't think that would be good for Florida. He's basically a worse version of Lincoln Riley. All offense, no defense.

I had no idea how much this guy has sucked. He has 4 losing seasons in 6 years at Texas Tech then somehow gets an NFL job where he has 1 winning season in 4 years.

So it seems Florida has come to reality and realize they are lower on the Lane pecking order than they would like to be. ;)

quote:Florida would be hoping that Kingsbury turns into the next Gene Stallings. Go look at Gene's career history. Lot's of parallels with Kingsbury up to this point.

Gene Stallings shits bigger than Kliff.

Totally different people, but just pointing out the similarities in the career path. At Bama, when they think of the good ole days, they think of the Bear, and Gene reminded them of Bear. At Florida, when they think of the good ole days, it was with Spurrier's high flying offense and colorful mouth. Kingsbury wouldn't supply the interesting quotes, but he is an offense first coach.

KK was a pretty impressive OC at A&M. It became obvious he was the brains of the offense and carried Sumlin’s arse offensively. Before KK left and Sumlin went full retard. Kingsbury’s offenses could score in anyone. Unfortunately Sumlin never realized if you scored 50 points you had to keep the other guy from scoring 52. KK was taught by the pirate, Leach. Be fun to have an air raid derived offense in the SEC again. He would probably be a good fit a Florida.

The earthquake you just felt from Florida is the panties dropping from all the coeds with Coach Bro inbound.

I have never seen a guy continually fail upwards like Kliff Kingsbury.
It just blows my mind. He had a few notable years really early on at Houston and A&M, mostly because he backed into generational QBS but has since bellyflopped everywhere he has every been.

I knew we were dumb, but I didn't know we were deaf and blind too.
