Doesn't really matter now. The opportunity to make a change was during the offseason. The ship has sailed and sinking. Waiting game at this point.

Some head coaches are on the sideline jawing at the refs the whole game.

Your own head coach ( not just Billy ) needs to be rebutting some of that without having his head fixed in a playbook.

Well at least he out and out admits it unlike Jimbo who brought in Bobby P and proceeded to force him use the exact same offense while happily overruling him on offensive issues be it calls or personnel.
