In other words, not much game film on CC yet for teams to study.

I was just thinking the same thing. Not sure Auburn is going to hold on to all these supposedly great receivers when they have a quarterback that can barely throw for 100 against a Big 12 defense. Not knocking the kid. He got the job done and got the win. Also rushed for over 100 on the ground. But these super stars typically don’t hang around long if they’re not touching the ball

Why try to fit a square peg in a round hole? We have been doing that. If running down their throat works............run it down their fricking throat.

Why would you pass the ball when you’ve got the lead and are averaging like 5 yards per carry?

Auburn sure loves spending a lot of payroll on receivers they don't use. Singleton was expensive as shite, I know.

With the way we were getting torched in the secondary, we would’ve gotten beat had tried to throw the ball more than we did.

1-0

Interesting little tidbit. Auburn started 1-0 the last four seasons, winning their opener in dominant fashion.

2024: 73-3
2023: 59-14
2022: 42-16
2021: 60-10

They then proceeded to lose seven games every single season.
