Rare ranking for Mississippi, slowly climbing out of the 49th-50 ranking, moving up the board.

Where is the link?

Usually the criteria on these things are terrible. The top 9 should by default by these states: Alaska, Florida, Nevada, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.

Mississippi isn't bad if you stay out of a few areas, especially if you prefer rural life.

Guess they aren’t considering number of championships in major college sports over the past six years. If they were:

1. Louisiana

I love LSU, not the Shitehole State or the uneducated and alcoholic population.
That's why I got out. (And many other LSU graduates as well)

Wait, in the other thread about college towns Utah was a nexus for violent crime.

All of these rankings are trash clickbait. You can change the criteria in them and completely change the rankings. For instance, if you put gumbo as the most important and heavily weighted criteria Louisiana would come out at #1 instead of #50. Most of these rankings have a preconceived destination, they just have to figure out the stats they need to use to get there.

Washington? WTF is so golden about that place? Didn’t an entire city get taken over by a bunch of nerdy shitheads 4 years ago?

It's a list of states that doesn't steal the product of their citizens labor(they don't have an income tax).

The crown jewel of the B10’s wine and cheese “public ivys” having to live in the company of Alabama, Mississippi, West Virginia and Arkansas. Ya’ll come on in, there’s plenty of food.
