Is Beard not going to move on from Ole Miss?

He’s already coaching Louisville and Indiana in addition to Ole Miss. I can’t imagine he can handle any more jobs. He’s not Lane Kiffin who is coaching at least half a dozen other teams.

He was predicted to be the next Indiana coach by all the know it all on this form unfortunately that fell through and tpear is no longer an option

He’s got a decent thing going in Oxford, don’t really see anything out there that is better than that right now

He would have smoked it at Indiana. Ole Miss is the furthest thing for a Hoops school and he's still winning a decent level.

He’s making good money in a good place to live at a school with reasonable expectations.
It’s the Lane Kiffin path and while it’s tough to win in the SEC there are much worse gigs as long as they don’t expect championships and F4s every year like they would at Kentucky or UNC.
Look at what Oats has done at Bama, as long as you can get NIL money to compete you can win almost anywhere now.

Ole Miss has never had an AD care about basketball as much as Keith Carter. I'm not saying Beard won't leave for a better gig one day but the school that hires him is gonna have to pay for it.

NIL commitment seems to matter more than historical success. Not saying his suitors didn’t have it, but he has a really good salary and knows what he’s got from ole miss in a really strong basketball league.
It’s going to take the right situation and he can be picky. And his expectations at ole Miss are just be competitive and make the dance. Other places might have much higher/unrealistic expectations.
