The Illinois-UConn game was tied at one point... then UConn went on a 30-0 run. Unbelievable.

UConn is a great team. But the teams theyve played just cannot hit open shots. Give credit to Uconn for intimidation but there are shots there

That would be the closest UConn game in the last two NCAA tournaments by a wide margin.

That being said with how good UConn is if Bama comes out cold we could potentially witness an all time Final Four blowout

Crazy thing about UConn today is they shot like shite and still absolutely skull fricked Illinois. Defensively they are a beast and will give Bama issues in the front court. Bama will need to shoot lights out and hope for another off shooting night from UConn. Just need it to keep it close into the last 10mins of the game and crazy things can start to happen.

UConn played a power conference champ top 10 team and went on a 30-0 run against Illinois
no disrespect meant to Bama they are a great team and have had a great run but UConn is simply too good for that number to be that low

Yeah, this probably won’t end well for Bama but all they’ve done is prove everyone wrong and had an incredible season. You definitely hang banners for final 4’s.

Luckily 'Bama is playing their best basketball of the season on both ends. Wrightsell coming back and a Pringle with two feet instead of one should be big.

If you actually watched this run, it was an all time meltdown by Illinois. They had open shots and couldn't hit anything. Not to mention their game plan of running right into Clingan was the most pathetic thing I've seen in a while. And they kept repeating it.
