Per On3
quote:

Georgia running back Trevor Etienne was arrested in Athens Sunday morning, On3 and DawgsHQ’s Palmer Thombs reported. He is facing multiple misdemeanor charges related to driving.
quote:

Etienne was booked at 4:35 a.m. local time on four charges – driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and affixing materials that reduce the visibility from windows and/or windshield.

Kids do dumb things. We've all been there.

What happens to players nowadays when they get arrested like this?

Doesn't seem like players get in much trouble anymore. They cost too much money to be kicked or meaningfully suspended.

Hope he learns from it and doesn't do it again. Someone could get hurt or killed.

Georgia really needs to clean this shite up. I get it's all fun & jokes on a sports forum but there is no excuse for this nonsense at this point. Only a matter of time before more people get killed

Pretty much every player on the UGA roster has a driving related arrest at this point. Kirby will likely be fired with cause. I guess those Jimbo to UGA rumors were true after all.

He will probably lose his license for a year, which means the staffers will have to drive him around, which means now he's really fricked.

What is DUI “less safe”?

I guess that rules out any car dealers NIL

Seems like Georgia has a major problem with their players, drinking and driving reckless.
