Time to exorcise some Stony Brook demons today.

Those games sucked in 2012. I was a kid and hadn't even heard of Stony Brook until they came to the Box and ruined my day. Hopefully someone tells CJJ about these demons and he keeps his foot on the pedal for it.

We absolutely beat the daylights out of them in 2019. I expect we will do so twice more this year. A team full of corner infielders and no outfielders ain't walking through that door.

That Stony Brook team was pretty good and got unbelievable hot that weekend. Of course they completely fell apart in Omaha just to add a little salt to the wound.

Out of all the teams we could play, why did we have to schedule Stony Brook? Just hearing the name brings back bad memories. For years after that series, the Tulane fans would wear those red Stony Brook hats to the LSU-Tulane games in Turchin just to taunt us.
