Across the Northshore from Slidell to Hammond, exclusive of private clubs, in Slidell you have Oak Harbor and Royal. Don’t bother with Pinewood. In Mandeville/Covington you have zilch; don’t bother with Covington Country Club. In Hammond you have Oak Knoll, currently under renovations but historically has been a halfway decent course. As you move east there are several decent courses on MS gulf coast and west toward Baton Rouge there are a few decent ones.
