My daughter (no pics) is a sophomore at Auburn currently. Right before she left for school to start her freshman year I asked her if she knew who the basketball coach was - she said "of course, it's Bruce Pearl"...I then asked her if she knew who the football coach was - she had no clue (Harsin)..

College basketball is my favorite sport. The fact that my school is good at it and passionate about it pleases me.

But the last 8 years of basketball I didn’t think I would ever witness in my life. I remember being in half filled at best arenas watching Charles and the guys play. I was in attendance when Persons broke the all time scoring record.
And now I am truly watching the glory years of Auburn basketball.

How far are you from Gainesville? I’m headed down for that Sat afternoon tipoff. Floor seats close to Auburn bench very reasonable.

Close to 3 hours south of Gainesville. Gonna have to watch this one from here. I have a charter trip tomorrow, work in the shop the rest of the week then taking next week off to move.
