Hope we bring Karl Scott home to coach the DBs.

I guess Charlie Strong, Derek Dooley, and Ken Whisenhunt are looking for work?

Well putting a 100 lbs on each of them sure wasn’t the answer lol

What if I told you Saban was interviewing a replacement for T-Rob right before he decided to retire?

He would find something to bitch and cry about that

Rumor out there that Pete Carroll may get the Washington job.

That's bizarre but I also love that dude...he can get men to play for him, pure and simple.

Funny it was thought DeBoer would go to the Seahawks by some, and instead Carroll may go back to college with Washington if that rumor is true.

From what i have read, he runs a 4-2-5 with one of the 5 being a hybrid safety/linebacker, which i think Malachi Moore will excel at.

I'll tell you that really isn't all too different than what our star back is right now.
The concern I have with a base 4-2-5 that there may be limited complexity in approach against heavier personnel.

His son is oc for arizona.

Was it anyone from Washington he was recruiting?

Love Grubb and Sheppard as OC and WR coach but Phil Parker as DC? Don’t like that at all.
ETA: Disregard previous post. Thought he was from Alabama, but that was a different Phil Parker. The Iowa coach Phil Parker is a well thought of guy that Saban tried to hire before. Iowa fans don't think he's interested in leaving, anyway.

David Ballou. Not much being said about our S&C coach. I think retaining him would help with keeping players here. They’re with him all the time.

We rarely played 3/4. We play a lot of 4-2-5

Didn’t they run a 4-2-5 multiple last year?

Would be a good hire or Kingsbury
