If they weren't on the team then they wouldn't be missing as only players on the team can be considered missing.
A player missing--for any reason--will typically be looked at as a reason for a loss if it is suspected that his involvement would likely have led to production for the team. If the star QB quits the team and their teammates feel let down that the quitter didn't stick around to help, then according to you, the quitter isn't really missed because only those who are on the team can be missed. Let's forget about the team harmony that is disrupted or the need for a backup to try to make up for that lack of production.
If Metchie and Williams were kicked off the team immediately following the SECCG, you don't think they would be considered "missed" by their team?

Then Bama and other teams were missing all of the players that went into the draft, Smith/Waddle/Surtain as they all could have returned but all weren't on the team by the choice they made, same as Anderson.

No, because 2020 and 2021 were different seasons. A player who didn't play in the 2021 season is not the same as a player who did play in the 2021 season.
That one is at least top 10 of your most stupid ideas.

DESTROYED a mediocre notre dame and 5 win Ohio state.

If anything, the facts proving your stupid ideas wrong are what makes it so easy to respond to.
What doesn't make any sense is you continuing on spreading irrational lies despite NO rational, factual support.

I have never seen a poster so obsessed with their own losing argument. You should be thankful so many of our studs didn’t play instead.

Bama at full health - "no excuses". Bama down a couple starters - nothing but excuses.
Typical.
Typical.

All that matters is Bryce Young vs Stetson Bennett. If we had just ONE WR we win that game every time.
Wait so Bama played the whole game without any wide receivers like 9 players on offense versus 11 on defense?
I must have missed that no wonder Georgia won.

Was Alabama at full health when they lost to A&M, easily could have lost against LSU with 42 starters out while only tallying 6 yards rushing, and needed Tank Bisby to run out of bounds to keep Auburn from beating them?

Two seasons ago, we picked up a transfer QB that was going to be our starter and then he decided to quit right before the season started. That was terrible because it threw off the preparation and unity of the offense, and that was noticeable in our season opener. If we lost, we could have blamed him for it, at least to some degree. Less so Jake Fromm, who left early for the NFL against most peoples’ expectations.
But back to the point: the impact is based on expected production that was lost. You guys had expected production lost due to injuries and so did we, as well as other reasons.

Sounds like you're in denial. Alabama beat that arse last year for the championship, AND won on aggregate
I’m the one in denial?
What was the biggest and most important game of the year last year and who won it?
Alabama looked like absolute shite last year until they played Georgia the first time. I’ll go with the better team being the team who blew out all of the teams Alabama almost lost to, which is the same team who won the most import game, the natty.

I don't want to hear excuses. They won.
We've busted Texas' balls for a dozen years about, "If Colt hadn't gotten hurt!" I don't want to hear shite about injuries.
UGa won.

If Texas would've beat the shite out of Bama earlier in the season with Colt, it would've been a different argument.
The SEC championship and UGA being completely unable to cover Metchie and Williams in a blowout is the only reason this is even a discussion.

So, you failed grammar. Let's see how you do in math.
Which number is larger, 33 or 18?
I'll even give you some help. If one football team scores 33 points, and the other 18, who wins the game?

It’s crazy that Alabama hasn’t been anything but 100% healthy since the first day Saban took over as HC. This is obviously the cornerstone of what has created the current Alabama dynasty. Super sorry you lost a football game. Especially due to injury, or a lack of depth. These things just don’t happen to other teams, and it’s unfair you have to deal with losing a football game because of silly things beyond your control.

True, and it wasn't just "earlier in the season". It was only 1 game in between Alabama destroying Georgia, losing their 2 biggest offensive weapons, and then losing a nailbiter of a rematch.
It was such a thorough beatdown that many Georgia fans felt undeserving of the playoffs.
