No...I didn't

Which August (or after) signings do you recall?

This isn't that complicated. If you ask someone for options do you expect them to give you one?

Also. I have never pulled for LSU to lose nor basked in a loss, unlike you under McMahon.

You're the one who said years...but sure, I moved the goalposts.

If Wade finishes this roster out with the likes of Onwuasor and Penn-Johnson we'll be loaded lol.

So not years (plural) then and definitely not any contributing players. Got it.

Are you sure? Who are they? There are 4 players currently listed on the LSU website. Ugochukwu, Bashir, Nunez, and Dioubate. What are the names of the other 5-6 players you're talking about?

we won’t be good?

Despite so many on here saying how easy it is to flip a roster even in a coach's first season, I think most have tempered expectations W-L wise this season.

Care to explain?

Classes start in 6 weeks. I'll admit I don’t have a full appreciation for how roster building works in the age of the portal and international player signings, but if he's had a plan along, can you map out how the rest of the roster is going to come together and why it's taking so long to do so?

Wade did make statements as to his confidence in building out the full roster for this season. Anyone who says they aren't concerned that it's been so quiet is lying or delusional.

Anakin Vader was a two-time traitor who switched alliances on impulse. Maybe the comparison is appropriate.

You nerds are easy.

Sorry I offended your Star Wars sensibilities. fricking dork.

Clearly OP was referring to Vader the villain...not the reformed traitor.

Remember the “we’re not going to have anybody on the roster” concern over that unknown. Who’d that make look silly?

I suppose that made people who said it look silly...I wouldn't know, though, because I never said it. I'm willing to let it all play out. But, if LSU gave a player of this caliber $500k, it would be malfeasance.

Especially if it makes Will Wade look silly.

You have to remember that programs are not required to disclose NIL to the public or precisely to the NCAA.

Sooo...is your point that people shouldn't overreact to the reported offer even though you don't know if it's true or not?
I could have a fantastic breakfast and lunch but if dinner sucks I'm going to complain.

On to Clemson

successful

We've won six SEC games. We're a long, long way from being successful.
Posters on here act like it's completely outside of the realm of possibility that he may have gotten lazy or at least complacent after last season.

This team is a disaster and it's on him.

Yea we definitely don’t want a guy who was recruited by two SEC schools

TJ Finley

there was like 6 teams in the entire country he competed with.

The SEC, in particular, wasn't nearly as competitive in baseball when Skip was at LSU...although he is largely responsible for creating SEC prominence and driving the arms race that ensued.
Strong arse offers being drafted for the best rec center players on campus...should hear something back soon
