Most underrated offensive trait

Has to be WRs, RBs, and of course TEs that can hold blocks downfield really well without being called for holding.
I know this is a pretty obvious statement, but just never seems to be fully appreciated.
Yes, I am rewatching some games.

And "change-of-direction", especially for RBs is far more important than straight-line speed...

An offensive line that gets the blocking scheme right 99% of the time.
That goes for both presnap read and execution.

A RB that refuses to fumble.

Seriously ... as I see it. It's pretty simple. Any player that can line up and threaten you with two different things.
For TEs ... block or catch. RBs ... run or catch. RBs that can block, even a little bit in addition to run and catch, are gold. Just ask Emmett Smith.
WRs ? A cat like Hines Ward breaks the mold. Because he could block and catch. A dude like Randy Moss was something else, because he could run over the middle or down the field.
It's all the same theme. A player that can threaten you two different ways is worth his weight in gold.

Interrupting. Many folks let people get by with it but I find it highly offensive

Kirby has made it a point to be vocal over the last 3-4 years about prioritizing blocking when recruiting and coaching WR’s. If I had a nickel for every time he’s said “if you want to play for us, you’d better block” in a presser I could’ve afforded a ticket to the natty this year.
The way the running game works today, with all the perimeter handoffs and options, WR blocking can be the difference in a 6-yard gain and a 60-yard TD.

Through most of the Les Miles era LSU had a completely dysfunctional passing game but still had receivers drafted highly virtually every year. They were blocking their way straight to the NFL.

I am guessing that MRJ from UGA will have a long NFL career unless there is some major injury because he is both a reliable pass catcher but his blocking was responsible for possibly another 1000 yards and several TDs over the course of the season.
