Chelsea Andrews
@chelsandrews
Yes, I heard about the football placement with Auburn.

No, Auburn never contacted me in their vetting process.

Auburn sexual assault survivors have been DMing me and many have said I inspired them to speak up.

Auburn women Your concerns matter.

Our voices matter.

Why does Auburn need to contact her? She aired her story of one tweet for all the world to see months ago. What more is there to the story?

FWIW, I’m suspicious of this girl. Sounds like someone really wanting to be noticed. However, how stupid was he to send her a DM? That’s just boneheaded.

I hear she is going after SCJ Kavanaugh next.

For those who dont know the full story she says the school never told her to contact the police, you know like what you tell your six year old to do, thats right thats in the lawsuit against the school, not the boy, the school. I guess the school has a little more money, though they dismissed it as well, and it never happened, if it did happen it wasnt on their campus so Im not certain what they have to do with it.

But she says the schools no alcohol policy drove the kid to do it, what a friggin loon.

She's going to be an issue/annoyance for us.

Some news site will definitely give an interview to her.

She wants to talk shite about people that have/had nothing to do with her story. And she wants to do that without any consequences, even benign DMs. That's the world we are living in. She wanted Liberty to go full on Duke with the accused, but she didn't even go to the police.

I can't imagine why Liberty wasn't ready to pass judgement. BTW, Duke still paying those Lacrosse players?

If people actually learn the story, and not just skim headlines like "Liberty coach messages sexual assault victim" her shite will fall on a lot of deaf ears.

I’ve said it here before, from what I do know of the situation it sounds ridiculous. I don’t claim to know what happened either way, but just believing such a story at face value seems idiotic.

Freeze messaging her was really stupid period. But to act like what he did is anything more is overreacting.

Since when? Unless you are a booster, you don't get a say in coaching hires. If an average fan could veto a coaching hire, we would not have been the laughing stock of the SEC.

If AU fans could vote on HC, we'd likely have Kodi Burns at the helm.

Would honestly be a more inspiring hire. Just being completely honest.

This has been argued over repeatedly here.

I still believe it was a huge error in judgement to insert himself by reaching out to this person.

I cannot imagine a sexual assault victim reacting well to someone messaging her to defend anyone at the university.

That is my opinion.

That does not make him a terrible person but I wish he would put the twitter down.
