Won’t know.

I think all Harsin’s said is he doesn’t owe the media an answer on who will play at QB.

He doesn't plus it makes LSU have to prep for two QBs.

Withholding the starter is still smart but LSU knows everything they need to know about Finley and Bo.

Yea Harsin went on a nice little rant when they asked him that. Kind of loved it. He is already sick of our writers too

TJ had one good drive. Remember him against Auburn last year? His QB rating last year sucked. (118). Bo beat Oregon in his freshman year. One drive does not make someone a savior. I wish it did.

Any gameplan needs to revolve around the running game. We could get some concepts from the 49ers. We should in no way rely on passing.

The weird thing about Nix vs Finley is that the best game of his career was against... LSU last year

Bo had one good drive in that game. Not sure he ever had a complete good game. Maybe LSU last year

Also yesterday Finley had a drive end in a missed fg and another with a fumble in the rz.

Finley didn’t fumble that ball in the red zone nor did he miss that kick, but he was responsible for getting them both there.

What the hell does this have to do with anything?

Dear god, they both play for Auburn now on the same team, with the same supporting players. You saw what Bo Nix did yesterday, and you saw what TJ Finley did. Bo Nix has had 3 years to show something - do you know how many pass attempts he has had in his career?

But of course, TJ Finley's struggles in 3 games last season as a TRUE FRESHMAN who was never expected to play is the basis for comparison?

You literally just saw both of them play in the same game, against the same team. Let me also remind you that Bo Nix should have a massive advantage in terms of being in this system longer, having all of the first-team practice reps, AND having more in-game reps with the first team. Both guys missed open passes, and yet Finley's misses were ultimately more catchable balls. Finley made plays and drove the ball, Bo Nix didn't.

"TJ had one good drive" also omits the fact that Tank fumbled the ball away on their ~30 as they were driving, and Anders missed a FG on one of his other drives. Ultimately the 98-yard drive to win the game was more important than anything Bo Nix did the entire game. It was also the hardest drive of the game, mind you.

I hope Finley Starts. He was able to avoid the rush, step up in the pocket, kept plays alive and moved the team.

Hopefully no one outside of the team knows until Saturday.

Harsin basically gave a Saban answer when asked who the starting QB would be.

"I don't have to tell you guys anything."

TJ had a couple of escapes because of his size which was nice...so saturday, put them both out on the field the first play...trick play dial it up...
