Who do we have a realistic chance to pick up at QB, I hear "he is not on our board" with Noland from others as well but who else is realistically on our board. I had a lot of girl posters on my wall as a kid, but that didnt mean I had a chance

No idea who they turn to if they miss on White, all you can really do is follow the offers:
4* Jake Merlinger (apparently trendig to Tennessee)
4* Demond Williams (committed to Ole Miss)
3* Will Hammond (committed to Texas Tech)
I may have missed someone, but those are the other QB's who have been offered by the current staff.

I thought we hired 2 of the top QB coaches? Freeze has done pretty well receuiting other positions. Is QB to Freeze what OL was to Gus and Harsin?

I don't see any of the Clemson sites pimping the announcement. Their Rivals site has a "nugget" on him from today (I can't read it). He appears to have visited Baylor and Clemson more recently than Auburn, but Philip Montgomery visited him last week. Strange that I don't see any team site featuring the announcement. Auburn sites don't have anything, so no reason to be optimistic unless we think the coaches are keeping this one super secret in order to maximize impact.

All silent on the home front. I do think Auburn will get at least 1 of Freeze’s top QB targets just because of the depth chart. Clemson just started a true freshman and signed a stud 23 QB, Baylor has a boring offense in a dying conference, and Old Piss has a pretty full QB room too.

If Dabo nails one position, year after year, it’s probably QB. Not that they’ve all turned out but he’s signed dude after dude and it’s going to take Freeze more than 2 months to prove he can do something similar here. But I do think he gets to a similar point where it’s a non-issue
We’re pretty overdue for some talent and stability at that position so we’re going to see doubt until that room improves. I think that’s fair

It’s appropriate to have some patience with every coach. However, that patience is rescinded quickly when everyone knows and openly reports that they don’t do the work

There was a hint of sarcasm there. But like Jones said, patience only last so long. And we, as a fanbase, will be more impatient than most. Thank Harsin for that. Still think we get a QB after spring practice

Thats why I thought we might have a chance. Klubnik looked good enough in the ACC championship to run off the starting QB. Johnson, that phenom they signed a few years back who transferred to Northwestern is now a grad transfer at Clemson and will be the back up, then you have Vizzina as you mentioned.
If I had to chose, boy our QB room pales by comparison.
We will find our QB I agree, might be ole Holden if he gets a fair shake this spring. We are done with the maljo on this program.

Klubnik looks in line to start the next 2 years, one of which White will be in High School still. IMO, the shine on Vizzina wore off a bit this last year and I’d guess White isn’t that afraid of him if he’s got a year under his belt in their system at Clemson. He’s not exactly walking into a bad situation there either
