Tristan throws to many interceptions in practice. Doesn’t protect the ball enough.

Dude has a rocket arm and great throwing motion. Good backup but we need better for next season so he probably bolts when we bring a portal QB in. Rhys, Chatman is the next QB battle. Golesh has to win games next season . Needs an 8 win floor.

As notably bas as our OL is, they have played hard and our Offense is currently ranked 11/16 ….. and that’s primarily because of Brown’s legs.

But our D is ranked 16th of 16 .

I know what side of the ball I’d be focused on …..

Letting Crawford and Lee go was not a smart move.

I would dedicate 10 million to both LOS at minimum every year. Build a roster Cristobal style.

People need to get away from a mindset we need a hero at QB. We need a serviceable QB. A serviceable QB can deliver 10+ win seasons.

Currently the elite QBs are scared of our roster. Mensah isnt being a hero at Miami and people are praising him. Neither is Stockton. Other than his TOs against Auburn people were praising him for running the offense.

We need line coaches with a track record of getting players to the League.

Problem to me is there are not many coaches that earn their role based on their craft.

We hire based on loyalty and relationships so coaches roles rotate. We can easily turn a LB coach into a ...RB coach.

We should hire Willie Andrews based on craft.

Daniels NIL is 1M. We could have kept him and Chaplin for what we paid Brown. We need Golesh to make business decisions and not get into his feelings.

this. this is the only thing that matters if you are serious about winning championships. not a guarantee mind you, but you'll be in the hunt more often than not. Gus didn't understand this. or was in denial. but that has hamstrung the program since.

Would the record be any different today if we had both of those guys? The answer is probably not.

IDK. Our DBs are a major hole on our team.

Nope. The scheme of giving WRs a 12 yard cushion would still be the same. And the presnap alignments would still have players out of position.

Sure… but the biggest issue on defense before LSU was stopping the run, and that’s got nothing to do with corner. Tenn and UF ran it down our throats.

That’s the thing now… as a staff, you gotta weigh where you put your resources, bc we don’t have Oh St or LSU money right now.

LSU, and every team we have played attacks the soft outside coverage we play which causes us to take people out of the box and allows quick passes. DJ is doing this because our corners are so bad. Vandy specifically just threw the quick out on the left side. 22 is not good.

Brother, idk what to tell you… we’ve had plenty of people in the box and still get our shite pushed in on obvious run downs.

again, do you honestly think our record would be better with them?… I’m not arguing the pass coverage would look better. It would

I believe this. However; I don't think it can be debated that BB is not the QB we thought we were getting. Along with the OL, Golesh and staff badly "missevaluated" the QB position. BB may give us the best chance to win; but it's not much of one.

I give Golesh the benefit of the doubt on this for year one, because he had to come in at the 11th hour and scramble together a roster just to play ball. We were leaking like a sieve at that point.

It’s what he does from here on that will make the difference. That will show whether or not he’s making business decisions. This portal and recruiting cycle will be very interesting and telling.

Hope he does, because I really like the guy personally.

I think he was playing against LSU's second and third string at that point in the game.

Was surprised more people weren’t upset about Crawford when he left.
