The mistake was what came after Gus was fired. Gus deserved to be fired back in 2016, but AU being AU stupidly gave him the world after regular season 2017. AU mistakes were hiring Allen Greene and John Cohen as ADs. Those guys hired Harsin and Freeze. Jury is out on Golesh.
