Glad we cut our teeth last year with the true frosh. Hopefully that pays dividends the next few years.

Nix has definitely put on some muscle. Looks much bigger, especially his arms.

KJ Britt looked really good too. He put on some weight, but doesn't actually look bigger.

Players look pretty focused. I'm sure they're glad to just be out there practicing

Sidenote, we need to put Steele in a bubble. Can't afford for him to get sick

Good. He needs to run the ball way more than last year, and also not fumble when he runs.

I know it's probably one of the harder things to get right on defense, but our linebackers have to get better in pass coverage. In that clip you have Pappoe losing his feet and letting his guy cross his face on a slant. Then KJ just gets burned outside.

I'm not saying they're bad linebackers at all but I remember lots of times last year where they could have gotten off the field in big third downs but gave up chunks of yards with passes on our linebackers.

I mean, KJ is always going to get burned in that situation. No amount of improvement in pass coverage is he not going to get burned in that situation. If the scheme asks him to cover a speed back on a wheel route with no over the top help, then the scheme is flawed, not his ability in pass coverage.

Yes he is. Big Kat looks lean and mean.

Steele's mask looked see-through and pointless. Was it mesh?

All I saw was Bo potentially contracting COVID by constantly licking his fingers in between catching the football.

Were there any shots of him besides the 2:25 mark? I couldn't really gauge his size there.

Why are we wearing shorts instead of cutoff football pants?

Those were hilarious.
