I mean we only gave up 21. That’s not great, but this one was way more on the offense IMO

Technically we scored one last week late once they went up big and went prevent.
Last 4 second halves our offense has scored 12 points and given up 7.

Defense allowed 306 yards and 21 points. That should be a layup for us. We even out-gained them on offense. Should’ve won regardless but both offense and defense was bad and we were out coached.

we run it down their throat drive after drive, then Bobo the genius decides to throw on first down and put us behind the chains. That 4th down play call, from our own 35, was Gusesque. It was dumb going for it in the first place. That decision turned the entire game around.

Edit- This has been confirmed by the way. The same 2 run plays (different formations) all 2nd half and we had no answer for it.

Looking at the two situations I can’t definitively tell you one side played better than the other.
Defense wasnt horrible but when going against a weak offense that had a QB with no P5 offers you’d prefer them to play little better.
Offense was w/o the QB1, WR1 and couldn’t depend on the kicker, but moved the ball between the 20s better than expected.

I don’t know man. We gave up 300 yards and 21 points. We should easily be able to win those types of games. Now, he should have been fired for giving up 40 straight in the MS game. To me, that was the fireable offense.

Cmon, you know he’s just being cute. Coaches do that after an important win. Look at the Star Wars dig the Mizz coach pulled after beating Florida.
We know they ran more than 2 plays.
They just did a smarter job of getting the ball to their best players.
And I’m done w Robertson as our PR. He’s so tentative and even him at WR has not been much with his lack of going after contested or balls in traffic.

Well, I think we have found out the last 2 years we’re just an avg team w too many holes in key positions to overcome that.
