Correct. I heard the Golesh to Arky story and asked my guy who asked a USF player and it was confirmed that was going to be the deal.

It happens. Hell, I played HS football with Newboy Fegans dad and talk to him all the time around town. Early in his recruitment I think i said on here there was no shot he comes to Auburn. His dad directly told me "Auburn is in the conversation, but they dont jump out at us at all." A year and a half later he signs with Auburn.

I have always believed them to have some connections. The thing with sharing info is things could change quickly and turn what they share on its ear.

And Hell, i'd say Smuph does as good a job as any at clarifying when he is just passing along things from other boards/insiders there vs if it is directly from the people he talks to. It does always crack me up when people get bent out of shape over this. Even our insiders rarely have super valid information most of the time, why get upset when people are trying to share what they can?
