I would take Shiel Wood as DC over Durkin right now.

During his introduction, before the questions, he said almost the exact opposite thing that Freeze said in his introductory PC.

Freeze (paraphrasing): "Judge us on year 3 after we get the roster fixed..."

Golesh (paraphrasing): "We are going to recruit as hard as we can as fast as we can. We will win as fast as possible here."

I like that. Screw that "give me some time" whining. This guy wants to win and wants to win now.

I hear you but, to be fair, Brother Hugh did walk into a historically bad roster.

In case anyone was wondering, shooter sleeve in Russian is pronounced strel-KO-viy ru-KAV

I've done a quick calculation and the conversion rate is still the same for optimal team performance.

Prioritizing the most important position on the field?! Did he also talk about prioritizing signing top Olinemen? If so…

We're going to be the most violent freaking team on the football field," - Alex Golesh.

I'm here for it.

Good! If what’s been said about him over the last 24 hours is true, then he contributed to the problems here.

He also mentioned that he doesn't have one system that his offense gets geared towards or plugged into that he tries to mold his players to, he said it was always evolving to the needs on the playing field.

F Joseph Goodman btw, he tried to get in a dumba question, "When do you expect to beat Alabama" before his al com beat writer asked the real question. Take his credentials and ban him from the building

That was very good to hear. The offense coaches with this mindset are the ones that have the most success. The guys that are married to their systems have a little short run of success then it is figured out and they become has beens. Maybe still have a little success, but really not the true innovators in the game.
