The one positive is Golesh will be able to claim they fixed the issue with fair catching punts on the 5 yard line. Of course, UGA will never punt so we won't actually get a chance to prove it.

Them get some snaps each game.
A smart coach would have already gotten his backup some reps.

edit; we were already going to lose so what was there to worry about.

Auburn destroyed what was once the best rivalry in the southeast. Alabama gladly jumped in and took our place.

That game last night gave me Cox in Athens vibes.

Everyone was mad at Bobo when he was here, but he has the best offense in the country. They don't have any elite WR and had backup RBs. Just an elite OL and TEs. I would kill for that.

On a side note, the stadium announcer in Athens makes me siiiick. He’s an arrogant fricker and I can hear him now, “ And here’s your #1 top ranked dawgs..” ugh dreading going to this game. I have never seen a stadium announcer announce a teams ranking.

Last time in Athens as we lost again, we walked the gauntlet with dog fans on either side as we were heading back to the car. Extremely vulgar and threatening to the extent a police office office started walking beside us. I thanked him and got a laugh when I said I was glad he did not see me in kung fu mode.

I don’t wear anything related to AU when we play in Athens. Makes it easier to get out and don’t have to hear the excessive barking.

I guess we should start drinking hours before the game. At least we won't be feeling the pain.

Thank God I didn’t spend my money on the ticket. Since I’ve started going to the DSOR yearly now I’ve only enjoyed it once-2017. Every year is just disappointment after disappointment. When we play in Athens, it’s only close in the beginning (0-0) then it just balloons out of control. Maybe this year could be different (LOL).

Last time I was in Athens, Frank Warren RIP busted through the line and broke ole Buck Belue's ankle......it was awfully quiet in that stadium.

Here's the (true) story I tell:

I married into this in 2001. My first Auburn game was at UGA in 2001, and my first game at Jordan-Hare was UGA in 2002. Jawja won in 2002 in a heart breaker at the end of the game. Post-game, I was standing in a massive line of unhappy Auburn fans in the upper deck men's room. Drunk dog fan runs in, jumping around, yelling and barking. I thought, "this is about to get REAL ugly." What happened? NOTHING; I could hear urine hitting porcelain. If you did something like that in Athens as an Auburn fan, what would happen to you?

When UGA plays in Auburn, my wife and I take a bet on how long it will take one or more Jawja fans to flip us off on the trip down. We usually set the over and under at Newnan, but it has happened within 1 mile of our house (Sandy Springs area).

Nasty, nasty fans. I will pull against ND unless they are playing Jawja, and I will pull against Jawja unless they are playing Satan and his minions. This past Saturday night, I was pulling for the hurricane.
