Is it possible to rush for 3000 yards and pass for 4000 yards?
With our 16 games, that’s less than 200 yards per game rushing and only 250 passing yards.
So I’m guessing 3200 yards rushing and 4800 yards passing.
Done deal.

That first practice quote of the fall where a player says how unstoppable the offense is going to be and how much they are able to play more free than last year is going to hit like cocaine

I kind of wonder if McPherson may transfer.
With this offense putting up 8-10 TDs per game and not settling for FGs ever, he’s going to be hard pressed to have a Groza award winning season.

I'm guessing 6, 7 wins. I think we'll look better, but we're heavy on G5 talent. Hard to say how that will play out, especially learning a new and complex offense.

We'll probably do what I do in my CFB 27 dynasty and just kick a 45+ yd field goal on 3rd down once a game for his stats.

Stupid McElroy on radio right now. Bringing up the same old topic that "knowledgeable" bama folks always bring up. "Auburn's problem is they are trying to much to be like bama and uga". This is nothing more than a, hey let's continue to make Auburn look like a wannabe little brother program.
I just want to know, who is obsessed with being bama and uga? Is it fans? If it is, that doesn't mean shite. Is it inside the program? How does he know that? It is stupid. Tell me you don't hear and haven't heard bama fans say this for years?
And if we did, why is that bad? You don't want to be like two of the most successful programs of the last 20 years?
When he speaks on Auburn, just ignore. I'll take my own advice going forward.

In what respect? Since Tony Franklin stepped onto campus, Auburn has been obsessed with flavor-of-the-month spread offense and have often been forced into addressing defense. Alabama and UGA have prided themselves on being more "pro ready", recruited lines heavily and played bully ball.
If it's just from a competition standpoint, bama and uga have been the two dominant programs in the league for years. Every SEC team could be viewed as "trying to much to be like" them. McElroy is just trolling for attention.

You can tell when a no talent sports palm reader takes the stage.
There is a desire to reach the same level as Georgia. Alabama is a stretch to achieve anything below a Saban coached team.
I expect a win in Atlanta. The QB for Baylor is a Gator reject. He will not be better. The question becomes, what level the player Leadership reaches. Can the coaches take the team to the point where the players believe anything the coaches tell and team them. That’s the question that takes the field in game one. If the coaches have the players minds and hearts, the on field talent will speak volumes. The culture has to run the course.
Remember, Golesh has SEC experience at Tennessee. This is not new to him.

He was originally committed to Tennessee out of high school and followed AG to USF, same as J Echols. They are both bonafide SEC players. Nimrod is one of the few, that can play all 3 WR positions at a high level. He Would’ve broke out last season for USF, but he got injured during the season. Pretty sure he was leading them in receptions and yards when he got hurt. He is our best deep threat and the only knock against him, is that he can be a body catcher sometimes and trap the ball between his arms and pads, instead of catching it with his hands. But he should be a big playmaker for us

Locked on Auburn: Byron, name a player on the DL someone that is getting after it.
Byron: Sigler, Sigler man he brings it.

16 players on our offensive roster are G5 and I imagine a significant portion of the starting roster will be. Defensively, you're correct... but we didn't hire Golesh to run a defensive-minded team.

Yes, the majority of USF transfers are on offense which means they already know the system.
