MSU QB Will Rogers seems to be implying that he's staying at MSU.
With that news out now, he was the one QB that I was hearing people mention as a possibility. We reached out to his people and he's been considering leaving MSU.

. I still think we bring in a QB to compete, but I don't think it will be anyone overly impressive or proven. I'm holding out that Holden takes a step forward in this offense and saves me from having to watch Robby all year.

Freeze did a great job with Malik, don’t count out Ashford yet. With Ashford’s running ability all he needs is to hone his passing skills and he’s deadly in a Freeze offense.

If Ashford is our starting QB next year, this recruiting cycle is a failure. I dont care how many linemen he brought in.
Ashford is a 6-7 win player with our schedule.
This is going to be a issue moving forward with the new rules. No decent QB is going to sit the bench on most teams. You will be looking for a good Qb every year or two. Coaches must have a "Quarterback plan" every recruiting cycle. It is going to be one of the most important things. The new system will demand it.
