Jesus fricking Christ people. We were one game away from playing for a national title and folks on here are acting like Chad Morris is still coaching our football team.
I get that your are upset, well, okay, Dale is probably orgasmic at the moment, but for Pete's sake this is the sort of bitching and moaning I expect to see from LSU fans.
We had a good season, a great post season run, and we came up short against a pitcher who has been untouchable in the tournament. That happens.
I swear to God some of you would rather we suck at every sport then be really good but not win a Natty.

I have grown to hate at least half our fan base here. We as a collective suck, moan, bitch, talk insanely irrational and stupid shite after doing one decent thing then collapse into a ball of fricking tears when something doesn’t go our way. A bunch of supposed adult men pussies.

I have plenty of complaints about our CWS performances, but who's better and would come to Arkansas if we were to show DVH the door after the success he's had? The odds say he should've won at least one, but I don't see where you can shitcan a coach with his resume. Now Yurachek can sit down with him and talk about his staff, approach moving forward and plan to get us over the hump.

Definitely not orgasmic, just really thinking about how much of this I’ve watched over the years and shaking my head at. Just don’t understand why we are investing so much money in sports if we aren’t in it to win it in something. We’re a poor state and some of the money that gets pumped into athletics could help a lot of better causes if we don’t actually have an expectation to go out and win titles.
Yes, we’ve had recent amazing success in baseball and basketball. And football appears to be trending up as of last season’s end. However, we’re spending money as though we want a title and our trophy case is empty.

I doubt Yurachek will here long enough to make the next hire. Most likely we will get a shitty AD and the hire will be shitty. This is important to win as much as you can now because it won't last forever and our luck, bad years are more likely with the shitty hire.

To be fair to LSU fans, they are a bit spoiled winning multiple CWS titles and have higher expectations than the rest of the SEC.

That was based on talent and reputation. Maybe more reputation.
Our pitchers performed well enough, for the most part, even in Omaha.
Our offense did not. Anyone who watched every game this season -- as I did -- should be able to acknowledge that. Our approach might be what the pros want, but the fact is, we didn't win enough big games this year, nor did we last year.
I don't know how you get rid of any coach after the season ends in Omaha as one of the final three teams standing, but I know that I have no confidence in our staff, as it is, being able to put together a championship team.

It’s not like UA athletics uses taxpayer money so I’m not sure I get this take.
Winning a title is just really freakin hard to do. Only one team does it every year. A Duke team with three lottery picks didn’t even make the Final Four in basketball.
We lead the SEC in conference championships over the last few years and people complain that we aren’t trying hard enough to win in sports…
