I was more pissed when Long announced Bert as our new head coach. That was the last time I fell for the Arkansas media's BS and really thought we were getting Gundy or Patterson.
I really didn't think we would end up with Aggy Bert, but Arkansas is gonna Arkansas.

Good news is that regardless of what happens with Chad. I really like that Hunter will be making the next hire it appears. Chad wasn't really his guy, just something that came along with the job. He is probably going to have a shorter leash regarding Chad because of that.
He did a great job keeping the basketball search very low key which I think in general is a good thing. He did about as well as possible for the situation in my opinion.
