And was downvoted into oblivion. So was StoneHog. Truth is, we knew right away the guy was a sham.

Our administration wanted to be SMU.

Well by God, they got it. Hope they are happy.

It's pretty funny looking back at all the shite we took and now everyone is saying the same stuff we were saying a year ago. Oh well. I think we could still monkey around and make a bowl this year if we get some lucky bounces. Starkel, O'Grady and Boyd are some really good pieces.

I agree. I would also like to see KJ Jefferson in on the wildcat packages. Boyd is a loss at that spot because he isnt going to throw it. We become one dimensional doing that. At least KJ can throw.

The wildcat was a bit of a shock. I was at a bar watching with family, I looked away for a second and my father in law said something about the running back taking a direct snap. I didn't believe it at first. But sure enough, we were actually doing it. I was really surprised and a bit disappointed that after the "vanilla" first game that the wildcat was what the coaches came up with.

I just can’t get over how bad of a version of the Wildcat it was. You have a whole vault of tape in our own system on how to properly run the Wildcat and you trot out something you see in pee wee football.

Dude, it is way to easy to say..."I told you so" and to go back to the beginning to rub folks faces in it.

We have seen coaches look absolutely sucky in the past in many ways, and things turn out much better than we thought. I have doubted him since the middle of last season, but give the benefit of the doubt because of the buyout, and knowing we wont do anything about it this season regardless.

So why get so worked up about what we cant control overall. It sucks for all of us fans, the players, the coaches, the families, the university, etal.

but I will also admit that the coaching prowess is extremely lacking in playcalling, and stupid stunt/trick plays not working. And he seems a bit too defiant as well in several areas, stubborn as all get out.

It only sucks for the fans and players, everyone else is making a bunch of money without having to earn it. Even if we fire Chad next year he'll make about $15 million just to come here and suck arse for three years. That's what coaches do nowadays, wait for the big job and make a shitload of money whether you win or lose.

This is a trait among many of the newer gen "offensive gurus", especially spread guys.

They adhere wholly to their system and don't try to build the offense around the personnel instead. They also get stubborn and try to force things that don't fit.

NFL offenses and coordinators seem to be much less stubborn on molding offenses than college guys...maybe they think that their system got them there, so we're not going to change a thing.

Either way, if Chad is retained after this year, mass staff changes on offense need to take place, but I honestly don't think that will happen.

Perhaps, if Chad refuses to fire his buddies, Yurachek will pull a Mike Anderson in him and get in his own guy.

I think Musselman and his gymnastics hire both show mass potential.

Make no mistake. I take no delight in rubbing it in. My point in this thread was that when people disagree with the "company line," people shouldnt be so quick to bitch at them about it, less they come out looking like an idiot in the end.

There were several sunshine pumpers that should apologize.

It isnt as bad here as it was on Hogville. Those frickers are getting everything they deserve. I cant post there now due to being banned (for saying negative things about Morris, obviously) but Im sure its a blaze in glory. Glad they are "all in" with their boy Aggie Chad

14 games, I’m not apologizing for shite after 14 games. And supporting a coach and wanting him to be successful isn’t sunshine pumping, it’s called being a reasonable fan.

And by the way, I still think Morris can be successful here. Is it it guaranteed? Of course not. But I’m not throwing in the towel already like some of you quitters. Good luck on your losses the rest of the season just so you can gloat on a message board.

So here’s your apology

I understand the frustration with the QB situation and the Wildcat, but I just have a hard time thinking he is a shite coach while coaching 52 Freshman. Not happy with last nights results but there were some positives as well.

I'll give him until the first few games of next season to decide what I think about him. I know I'm beating a dead horse, but fatass really did leave him with no talent and mentally weak players. Fat boy had 3 times the talent his first two seasons and it seems like everybody gave him a pass.

I remember people calling me an idiot for like three pages because I was pissed the hire wasn’t Mike Norvell instead of “offensive genius” that was 14-22 at the time. Mike Norvell literally beat Ole Miss with a G5 roster last week.

We all wanted norvell.

Hell I wanted Kiff over this clown. I seen someone on tardville call him howdy doody. I think that is a fitting name at this point...

I wanted Norvell. I would have also been happy with bringing Bobby back. If he has a good DC and some really good recruiters he would still average ten wins a year here with ease. Maybe we could get CCM to fire Craddock and bring Bobby in to teach Morris college football offense 101 ? This whole moral police bullcrap has set our program back big time. Coaches aren't ministers. They are coaches. Keep your Sunday school morals to yourself, it has no place in college football. If Morris goes 0 for again in the SEC then we need to go after Norvell.

I wasn't giving fat boy a pass at all. I hated the hire. Couldn't stand the fat turd day one. He was a loud obnoxious know it all yankee from day one. Crappy fit for Arkansas. Its like the decision makers at Arkansas are all a bunch of senile rich old bastards. Thurston Howell the third is hiring football coaches after meeting with Jerry Falwell and Jerry Jones. So much stupid on the Hill that its laughable. Yurachek needs to step in and show to the fanbase that he has a pair and run off this high school clown.
