He's not my top choice but if we have to choose between gus and bert. I'll take the retard in the sweater vest. Damn never thought it would get this bad.

Reserve the fact that I still don't think he can develop a qb but he finds a way to make it work

Jim Chaney is still awful at play calling.

Anyone that thinks he's wouldn't win here at an acceptable level is wrong.

He has an elite defensive line, and his offensive line can push people.

He will not recruit that same D line here I don't think. He cannot develop a qb which here at arkansas has been proven is a must. We need high level qb play.

The Kevin Steele defense is carrying him at Auburn

Auburn wins today no way is he canned.

Gus may want to come here though more relaxed environment here plus its home.

They're averaging like 40 ppg in SEC play. To say the defense is carrying them is a stretch.

They haven’t let a team score more than A&M's 27 last week.

7, 14, 10, 14, 10, 23, 27, 20, 27

Also they are holding Georgia to 19 rushing yards on 21 carries.

That Auburn front 7 is legit and has elite talent.

They’re never gonna give him up, never gonna say goodbye.

A well played Rick Roll! Bravo. Sometimes the classics are always the best.

I'm starting to change my mind on Gus a little.

The anti-NWA fans melt over Gus being our coach might be worth hiring him.

We've let good coaches stay away forever for way too long.

Why is Gus the only coaching candidate who gets judged by his ability to develop a quarterback? That never comes up with any other coaches.

The amount of good coaches that have Arkansas ties that we’ve passed on over the years is mind blowing.

Even if he doesn't have a great QB, his running game is still near the tops in the country.

Yeah he doesn't need a heisman quarterback to run his offense. Cole Kelley running Gus' offense would be fun to watch.

I quit watching in the third quarter, switched to the Iowa State game to see our next coach.

But it's not up to me.

It’s become a staple of our program.

Like I said in a different thread, I fully expect Mike Norvell to beg for our job, we’ll pass on him and hire some loser, and he’ll go on to win a National Championship at Tennessee.

It would be the most Arkansas thing ever.
