Was Womack and defense reading the press clipping?

Rat poison - something we didn’t have to worry about before. The defense was complete garbage today. Was it overrated after playing two terrible offenses? Motivation should not have been a factor. What gives? Are we fvcked the rest of the year against offenses with a pulse?

He lives and dies by the blitz

He made some good adjustments around end of 2nd quarter and things improved. Overall D played “ok” certainly not great.

So what would you have called that would have been better. The players were in position. They didn’t make the plays.

The #0 Robinson kid is a mismatch against anyone in college. He's like the Evans kid from A&M or that freak TE that Florida had in 2020. If he's on his game there isnt much you can do about it.

My guess is we were trying to get out to an early lead and figured Ashton Daniels and a bad O-line were easy pickins. Or at least as easy of pickins as we’d have moving forward.

Idk something to not give up 36 to a shotty offense. FSU is. 6-6 type team. The defense sucked and was not prepared to play- especially the first half. Record day for Aston Daniels lol - that all falls on coaching and preparation

Still a weird choice not to double the guy for almost the entire game, unless I'm missing something.

I think it’s just a team had nothing to lose and a bye week and a coach on the way out and the players were playing for transfer tape.

That and Lee kept falling down. Not sure if the first weather delay drowned out some intensity or what, but the secondary was a bit sloppy.
