I get that and I’m not saying that Miller should be charged with anything. But Miller absolutely should have seen through this gang logic bullshite

This whole “blocking the street” part is extremely sketchy for Miller and Bradley.

The cops have had the text messages, video, and witness accounts the whole time. If Brandon were in trouble, we'd know.

In hindsight, we can say all 3 of them did something stupid, to some degree. However, we don't know what Brandon knew or didn't know about what was happening, but I think it's safe to say he was NOT going over there to intentionally provide a murder weapon.

That article is (probably intentionally) poorly worded. At no point does it say they were trying to block the street to keep the other people from leaving. But, the writer left it open ended in a way to make it sound so.

How did they leave the scene of the crime?

I don’t think anyone in this thread loves the fact that three of our players are connected to a murder investigation, but ok.

The national media guys are reacting to Al.com's clickbait tweet/headline of "Brandon Miller brought murder weapon to the scene" No mention of it being Miles gun or that the shooter is the one that retrieved Miles' gun out of Millers car.

They are acting like Miller walked up to them and handed them the murder weapon, cause well, thats what the headline makes it sound like.

Maybe Miller parked and him and Bradley got out and walked away from the scene and the actual shooting happened while they weren’t present

I always wait for details to come out before making judgements, but based on everything out thus far this doesn't seem to be the huge character issue that people are trying to make it out to be. Stupid? Absolutely. But nothing blatantly wrong about what he did.

He didn't even physically hand it over. He drove to where his friend told him they were threatened. For all we know, he could have drove there to pick them up, since he was the one that dropped him off at the club (which is probably something I would have done for a drunk friend I felt responsible for). Too many missing details to crucify a freshman that literally hasn't been charged with anything for a reason.

As for Miles, I think this pretty much destroys any case he had for innocence.

exactly. the headline makes it sound like it was Millers gun, he brought it there and gave it to the shooter. Obviously not what happened. The shooter got the gun out of Millers car in the spot Miles has left it.

It's complete nonsense. If they had blocked the street, the victim's Jeep wouldn't have been able to leave.

From a criminal standpoint, maybe. But I imagine he'll face some sort of civil suit.

Fair point, and I should have made that distinction.

I'd be shocked if there wasn't a civil suit.

With all that came out today, I am a little surprised Miller didn’t sit a game or two
