I didn’t realize that for as much love as Bruce has gotten and deservedly so that he’s only made the tournament 3 times at Auburn and out of the first weekend once. Just seems like his run at AU has been a lot more.

Don't forget the covid year as well when they canceled the tournament. That would be 4 times he would have made it. They were good that year too. Pearl is an amazing coach.

I'll be honest - I want to win every game we play and I'd love to win the SECT, but I won't be upset at all if/when we lose.

Full focus on finishing the regular season strong, winning a title and then locking in on a NCAAT run.

These are my thoughts exactly. I think a good loss between now and the end of the SEC Tourney might be for the best. I don’t necessarily want it to happen, but I remember Anthony Davis’ Kentucky team losing to Vandy in the SEC Title game and Cal being like, “Eh, we’re focused on the big tournament.” Then they won it all.

It just seemed like Cal knew that his team didn’t need the pressure of a long winning streak going into the NCAA Tourney. I want to win the SEC regular season title and then focus on the Big Dance.

It could be a good thing or we could just go on a WIN streak and not lose period the rest of the way.

That's one of the hardest speeches I've heard.

Reminds me of Damion Square speech!

Rylan Griffen’s post game interview

Did you guys actually watch this? That last question Holly Rowe said "winning on the road has been an issue for you guys at times this season" and Rylen looked at her like WTF are you talking about

I don't know if Holly misspoke or what but usually she's pretty darn good...but she obviously got us confused or mixed up with somebody else.

She might be counting the neutral site games as well.

Felt this way for years. Why play the sect if you already know you are in the ncaat. You are risking injury(s).

You make the sect finals, play on Sunday. Fly back to campus then fly back out on tuesday/wednesday.

End up playing 3/4 games in a 7 day window

Tennessee still #3 in the NET

Oklahoma is gonna end up a Q2 loss. Unless they win 2 or 3 more games

Their actual win/loss resume isn't even in the top 10.

They're ahead of Purdue in the NET

Aside from the fact that I hate all things UTk with every fiber of my being, I want to see them collapse in February just to satisfy my curiosity about how many games they would have to lose before they actually see a drop in NET.

I was only half joking when I said they could lose out and not drop out of the top five in the NET.

Has the Chris Stewart/ Bryan Passink play by play video been posted yet? They typically have been posting one after big wins.
