Dang, he was already a bean pole. He'll get blown over by a stiff breeze.

He's going to have a huge season

Jarez Parks and Ben Davis essentially swapped weights, wonder if they might swap roles too? Hell, some thought Parks would end up on the DL. Not at this rate.
Not exactly the best way to break the TE lineup. He's gotta be a great receiver to be dropping weight like that.
Was hoping to see Emil Ekiyor and Deonte Brown drop a little more weight, they are HUGE and not necessarily all good size.

I would think this is due to baseball. Wouldn’t be surprised if he adds weight prior to football season.

And Mathis put on 7 pounds.

Going to be a real battle to see who weighs more come Fall camp, D. Brown or Musika.

Saban is gagging for more athletic split-end type TE's. If we can sort of manufacture some athleticism at the position in leiu of recruiting it this year, then I'm not surprised by Parker or anyone else dropping weight. Also, remember that we frequently ask players who play the same position to differentiate themselves into different-type players each year. And so, in the TE/H room, we need some WR types, we need some hybrid, more traditional types, and we need some folks who look like slightly built Left Guards. That group, of all the groups, has a wide range of responsibilities.

WR Slade Bolden -- 200 to 191 (-9)
Looking like Baseball Slade. I love Baseball Slade. When he was 185 or so for baseball, he was running sub 4 to first every time from the right side. Looks like he's trying to slim up and get faster. I'm for it...

Doesn't bother me a bit to see the reference to his Hawaii high school. That will help, at least to some degree, recruit the kids on the islands and even those across the nation whose families are from there.

Not sure his Hawaiian HS team, know he did not attend the same HS as Tua. This only referenced his hometown. Look at Metchie. Canada

It wouldn't surprise me if we see Jarez Parks working at ILB this spring. He's got the size, speed and coverage skills for it.

so what's the final word about a possible transfer for Eyabi Anoma? Is he staying for sure?
Posted on 2/28/19 at 1:53 pm to John Milner
Eyabi Anoma's name is not in the transfer portal as of this sentence, and hasn't been there for some time.
That is all that can be known about any CFB player in this day and age.

Theyre are going to drop more weiggt when spring practice rolls around. Hopefully Ben Davis started taking shite serious. Hard to believe he would want to be a pass rusher with how loaded we are at that position.

Because he sucks as a LBer….The Mullion Dollar band is next for him.
