Hard to tell. Ruston would be 2nd. Catholic is 1-3, but 95% of the state would be as well with the 4 teams they played.
Surprised no one mentioned our starting QB getting banged up and the backup playing the entire game. Should’ve had 4 passing touchdowns. One just dropped.

We dropped a touchdown before the half. Had first and goal at the 2 and didn’t score. Lot of coulda, woulda, shouldas. Both teams fought their butts off and never quit. Give all of those kids and coaches credit.

Pretty sure last year you had Ruston, ASH, Neville, Ouachita, and West Monroe in the top 10 at one point. Ruston, Neville, and Ouachita were in the semifinals, Ouachita beat the other 2.

I didn't realize there are only 36 teams. You should easily make the playoffs. Once you're in, it's just about getting hot at the right time. :cheers:

I’m excited to go into the nonselect bracket hopefully after seeing where we stand.
Problem is you have 7 district games. You go 4-6/3-7 and you might not make the playoffs at all. Because it's a zero sum game and with only 3 out of district games, those won't be 8-9 point losses in the power points.
Also, it's a big misconception that Ouachita came out of nowhere last year. They were #1 in the power rankings going into district. They lost to ASH, Ruston, and Neville by 1 score and lost to us by 13, but lead in the 4th. They were always one of the best teams in the division last year.
This is Ruston’s best team since 90, if not ever. Shows the talent of Karr and the elite coaching staff they have.

Karr graduated a ton. Ruston returned everyone. I honestly expected Ruston by 17
Barbe lost a game 70-68 last year I believe.

Ruston is all time good this year. To think they could legit lose 3-4 games is crazy to me. That's a credit to the schedule they made. Baugh has never been scared to play anyone.
