Pretty sure his name is "Julian Sayin" and not Justin.

Simpson has said that he's not transferring. I do think that Buchner and Holstein both transfer. I think Milroe is the #1 QB (barring injury) with Simpson, Lonergan and maybe even Sayin batting it out for the #2 spot.

Jalen Milroe has 2 years left. Enjoy

If Milroe doesn't improve by next season he will be advised to transfer. Simpson, Lonergan and Sayin will all likely be better than Milroe if he doesn't improve.

Why is everyone forgetting about Holstein?

Holstein...I'm going with a wildcard

True or false. We could have both Peyton Manning and Tom Brady (at the height of their game)transfer to Bama and we would start Milroe because he has won the locker room & has the most experience in our system.

1.Lonergan, 2. Sayin, 3. Milroe or Simpson, whichever doesn.t transfer along with Buchner.

Milroe is starting because he is better(right now at least) than Buchner and Simpson. Not quite sure why so many of you are convinced that it's all because of seniority and the locker room. But to your point, I'm sure most of the team does wants him to start because they know he gives us the best chance to win.

It’s a fair question. Everybody assumes since Lonergan appears ahead of him now that it will stay that way, and it might. But they’re both still very young and growing and learning, who knows what they’re like after another year of development.

I feel like if you can't crack the top 3 with this group of QBs you may not be a future SEC caliber QB.

Fair, but they are true freshmen still. Let’s see where they stand at the end of the season, something tells me one will be up there.

i'm of the thought that if simpson had the same amount of pt as milroe, he'd be lightyears ahead of milroe. milroe's had 3 years to get better, he hasn't.

You are correct. Assuming Milroe stays healthy, no other QB on the roster today, a transfer nor an incoming recruit have a chance to start over Milroe next year. Of course, the Saban of 2023 is so unrecognizable, perhaps he will do something off script.

Are you saying that because he named him starter this season?
He gave the other two dudes a golden opportunity last game, and one sucked, and the other was just mediocre. Against a USF defense. What the hell do you expect him to do?
