Yes. Nate overachieved with this group. Good guards and wings, but Sherrell is our only good big man.

Pot is legal in about 30 states.. too bad we live in a backwards arse place in Alabama.
. True. Also Alabama is one of only 4 states without a lottery and 6 states without NIL for high school players- the reason good ones go out of state to play. Disappointing that Holloway is thinking about getting stoned rather than getting ready to play, but our law agencies need to concentrate on criminals who are a danger to the public rather than some stoner smoking pot. Next man up.
Great question. No joke, why would anyone move from Oxford, MS to Baton Rouge, LA when he could make $10 mil plus in Oxford. Only a greedy fool would.
Not if Arkansas wins tonight. We barely survived that game at home.
All depends on whether CSC grows a pair and rejects a bunch of these excessive NIL deals which are not actual payments for advertising purposes but old fashioned direct pay to play deals.

I can’t imagine the amount of money it would take for me to go play for a cult.

$7.5 million? Utah Jazz owner buys players for BYU. He way outbid everyone else for Dybanta.

Someone has to push the limit on this. No one is going to get off their arse and volunteer to fix it in congress.

Exactly right. Congress is more dysfunctional than the NCAA. Only lawsuits influence the NCAA. Keep the heat on. Give players 5 years to play 4 starting at age 18.

I love Chuck but please stop.

Absolutely not! As long as the “Gestapo bastards” allow international pros even up to middle/ late 20’s to enroll as freshmen, this needs to go to the Supreme Court. Only thing those bastards respond to is a lawsuit.

Public schools will become a wasteland of problem kids who private schools won't accept or their parents simply don't give a damn

Suburban Bham where I live has self governed incorporated neighborhoods, so schools like Mountain Brook, Vestavia, Homewood, etc have their own school systems. Very expensive to buy a house there and not many affordable apartments- though good players are brought in as in all public schools. So really suburban schools here are semi-private. Not the same in Huntsville, Montgomery, Mobile.

Yeah, I listened to the whole thing. Sankey probably still buttmad about it because Oats ain't a damn buster.

Sankey is a pu__y. Just sucking up to the NCAA Ivy League country clubbers, like completely lost Charlie Baker saying Bediako was taking a spot from a high school player. Bediako is not as a 5th year senior. But there are 100+ international pros being granted 4 years of college by Baker and Sankey. That’s who is screwing over high school players.
None. And got less than none by agreeing to play a Power 4 team every year too. The other power 4 conferences are not doing that.

G-league player removed from the NCAA for 3 years can return?

All players have 5 years to play 4 years. Bediako played 2 years. This is his 5th year since starting college. He has 1 semester, this semester, remaining in his 5 year window. NCAA opened this can of worms by allowing European pros to play in college here as well as several G League players. No going back now.
Sad old man because he can never be satisfied.
Ole Miss vs Miami was the best game of the playoffs.

He did not.

Ask the players. They do not respect Lane.

I’ve got an idea. No CCGs, 16 teams. Play round 1 the first weekend of December

And finish everything by January 1.
I hope and pray it is Ole Miss. lane leaves everywhere he goes a train wreck- like getting his arse fired from Bama right before the Natty because he was out drunk all night. I’m a Bama fan, but I truly admire the whole Ole Miss team and staff for sticking together for each other. Showed way more character than Lane could ever muster.
