No he didn’t. He dropped the ball after crossing the goal line

You're seeing what you want to see then, bruh. He got popped at the goal line and the ball came out. It was so close I thought they were going to overturn the TD. He DEFINITELY did not intentionally "drop the ball" so close to the goal line that not even instant replay could clearly show if he had actually scored or not.

The fact stands it was not a fumble as you stated. It was ruled a touchdown. Want to debate that anymore? It’s an absolute fact.

We had like 10 drops. Any of which could have cost us the game. He dropped 1 pass. Chill out.

Dude. It was one of the worst TD drops ever. It wasn’t “just one out of 10 drops we had”. It was an all-timer

Also we didn’t drop 10 passes.

Oh, I see where the disconnect is here... yeah, it was not ruled a fumble, but the point remains had that happened anywhere else on the field it would have been a fumble. The goal line saved him- that's the point here.

Earle needs to play more, and he definitely should be the starting punt returner.

Slade dropped a TD. We scored regardless, but it was big. If anyone can single out his drop over the rest of the receivers drops, then I don’t know what to say. We had a guy drop a perfect 3rd down pass, yet some dwell 9n ever little mistake that Slade makes.

Look, Slade didn’t help his case today, but show me a receiver that did. They were all shite.

Did we watch the same game? Our WR's struggle to get separation, and their DB's played very well. We might have had 3 or 4 dropped passes, the rest were just great DB play.

Cut the sunshine pumping, we looked like absolute arse in the second half out here. Got our arse whipped on both sides of the line and our WRs are straight up suspect.

I mean… one of the worst TD drops I’ve ever seen.

Yeah it ranks up there with TRich dropping that TD pass all alone on the goal line in 2010 Iron Bowl.

His sole value was in his blocking and his sure hands. Blocking seems fine, but without the sure hands there are several other players that offer us more.

I’m ready for him to go to the bench indefinitely

Then there was the pass in the end zone where he didn't get up for the perfectly placed ball ... Because he can't ... she's to short and can't sky.

He's just not physically equiped for the situation.

He fumbled at the goal-line last week but replay didn’t have a good shot.

i know slade is the focal point for most of you. however, the right tackle getting beat nearly every play in the first half and more often than should be allowed ending up face down in the grass. one reason for there not being any separation with the wr's is, the o line being almost non existent. if the o line doesnt do its job, theres no time for the wr's to run the routes.

the o line has to get better, period

None of our guys are catching short throws and turning them into huge gains like we’ve had the last few years. Heck, our WR core looks downright pedestrian.

But I keep reminding myself that the last few years were unreal with the passing game of Tua, Mac, and the All American receivers and tight ends. The passing game so far this year is more, well, normal.

Tua is the ncaa record holder for career passing efficiency and Mac is #2 and the record holder for single season. They wouldn't have gotten there without those awesome receivers.

That said, I think there are other receivers better than Bolden right now, and I know the #1 freshman class will get progressively better.

No one is sunshine pumping. We dropped a bunch of passes and Slade had one. All of our WRs looks average as average can be.

Florida played very well. This thread isn't giving them any credit.
