Hey man, I didn't bring the guy up. You did. So did you do that so that you could argue about him? Whatever.

So I'm not allowed to bring up your countless negative posts about him?

In a thread specifically about him?

Knock yourself out. It's weird as all hell but go ahead on. Start a few threads, going on rants about malicious thoughts posters may be having about a player they never even mention.

Do you have visions with these voices?

Do I really need to go back and bump your posts about Hurts? Really?

Come on dude. Admit you were wrong and move on.

It's not strange that I'm finally addressing your stupidity. It's late on my part because I made a vow to stop being so confrontational.

You make zero fricking sense, along with another dozen idiots when it comes to Hurts, and I'm tired of seeing it.

I apologize if it appears that I'm attacking you alone, but it needed to be said.

Thank you !

I've felt like I've been fighting this fight alone around here.

When you guys start being offended at imaginary comments, you're probably just a little too sensitive about the subject.

You keep saying imaginary, but I'm not sure you know what that word means.

Are you trying to say you haven't made disparaging remarks about Jalen?

For frick's sake I hope you aren't because it's pretty Goddamn easy to prove you wrong.

Dude you've gone on and on about how Hurts is not a dual threat because he cant throw a forward pass. Staaahp it. You have plenty of post on record bashing the kid.

Hell that commander data guy bashed Hurts all week, and as soon as the game was over today he post a thread about how good Hurts is as if he had not bashed the kid all week.

I like Hurts, he's a gamer.

I mean he had 300 yards passing against UT last year and over a hundred yards rushing. He threw for like 249 on Auburn.

Hell McElroy only threw for like 50 yards against Texas in the Championship.

Huddie denying "huddieing".

Amazing.

I sometimes wonder if you would rather we lose than win, just so you can come talk shite about Hurts?

Huddie isn't the driver of the Hate Hurts bandwagon. That's uofarolltide. You remember him; he's the same guy who said Damien Harris only topped 1,000 yards last year because he was our "RPO back."

He was also singing the praises of Clemson's offense, and talking about how they'd beat Auburn by 20 points.

Now, I'll say this ... apart from his first couple of drives, Tua impressed me today, too. He made two throws on his touchdown drive that really stood out. Once he gets comfortable in live game situations, he's gonna be a good one as well. Thankfully, we don't have to throw him out there and depend solely on him; we can work him in where appropriate and let him get acclimated slowly.

Which is the ideal way to train a quarterback.

Some of you guys are nuts. I have yet to even mention Hurts. TideSaint went off about my comment about Phillip Sims and McCarron as if I were insulting Hurts.

You fricks are so sensitive about Hurts that now you are imagining insults. Give it a thought for a minute or two why that is.

Geeze. Talk about melting snowflakes.

Lol, keep it in your pants Huddster.

I'm sure Jalen will throw a pick or make a fumble, to give your "cause" life again.

Your post on 9/6 which seems to be what others you call out are saying the same thing.

quote:

If he ever learns to read defenses, throw catchable balls in the intermediate to long field, can check down to secondary receivers, and not freak out and take off or throw out of bounds, then I'll like him at qb at UA.

That sounds like to me you do not like him as a QB and are criticizing him for each of those things or am I missing something?

So you had to go back 4 days to find something to bitch about eh? Why stop there? I suppose I made a more disparaging remark than that sometime in the last few weeks. If not, then go back to last season and it's a damn good bet.

I played a wedding party in Acworth, Georgia yesterday and didn't even get to watch the game, so that's a pretty good reason I haven't even commented about the game, much less Jalen Hurts. Reading the box score, though, I'm not sure it was a great passing game by any stretch of the imagination. Is that getting close to what you guys want to hear? Something to argue about? Is that why you come to this board, to argue?

Otherwise, reading the box score and play by play, I'm glad to see that Tua got some ignificant playing time.

If that's not argumentative enough for you guys, it'll just have to do right now.

edit: I would note that when you start getting offended by things you imagine somebody might think about Hurts, you undermine reasonable points you may have about the subject, same as the goofy, radical AntiFa types undermine their own agenda by proclaiming anybody that disagrees with them to be Fascists.

That average guy started a game in the NFL. Very few people can say that.
