I will say again, I question whether he’s physically or emotionally healthy right now. And I have not been on his case one iota until tonight, but something is obviously wrong IMO.

Agreed.

Our line is arse, but the “muh 5 stars” crowd think they’re loaded with talent, they need someone to “coach them up.” Well, Dizzy Dean once said you can run a jackass from sunup to sundown and he’s not going to win the Kentucky Derby.

However, the fact remains that Ty has shown signs of mental collapse over the last three or four games.
Well, before we throw him to the wolves, maybe let’s see how he bounces back. It’s possible the offense finds a groove and Ty gets his timing back. I’d like to see Grubb lean into some sweeps. Or just some wrinkles that net more reliable 4-7 yard pickups so that Ty doesn’t necessarily have to be the focal point of the offense for 72% of plays.

Huh? We outrushed Oklahoma.

Our QB just literally killed us

This coaching staff just isn’t capable of sustained success in the SEC. It’s disappointing, because I really expected some creativity with the addition of Grubb, but we got the opposite. This offense is garbage. I’m not saying fire everyone this week, but about three or four more seasons of this level of mediocre performance and it will be time to pull the trigger.

I keep saying it, we should expect this. You can’t just replace Saban and keep winning like he did on autopilot. If you can Saban wasn’t one of a kind. And Saban was definitely one of a kind.

Against Eastern Illinois? I'd hope he bounces back next week

Special Teams gave them 10 pts

Offense gave them 10 points.

They drove the field once. For a FG.

That dipshit gets hard trashing Ty. He thinks everything is Ty's fault.

Help me out here. Whose fault was the Int/pick6? The fumble maybe he did not feel the pressure and the defender was out of his line of sight. But most of the sacks he held onto to the ball too long. The last drive his throws were just not there. That is all him.

Wrong. Ty's two turnovers were 10 points and Ryan's was 7

Yes but Ty also missed multiple wide open receivers to move the chains. Just not a good performance and yes he gave OU 10 points. Ryan is a close second with the fumble. Special teams not so special today.

The pick 6 was Formbys fault. He blew his assignment and let an Inside Blitzer come free to the QB. Ty was rushed and threw an inaccurate ball.

That doesn't even make sense. If we put on his arm like you say wouldn't he have some big stats these last 3 games . Line and Grubbs don't do him any favors at times and the times they do Ty blows it. Just a systematic failure from top to bottom on that side of the ball.

Literally playing in it if 'Bama beats Auburn. But okay.

Do you think our offense is going to play well against an AU defense that has 3 weeks to prepare in Jordan-Hare?

I guess it’s possible, in the same way it’s possible for you to get Miss USA to marry you.

Didn't know you could have a Heisman moment against a 3-win team.

Does not matter as he lead the drive for his team to win it unlike Simpson tonight.

Now with that said the Heisman was already going to be the QB of the B10CG prior to tonight. Simpson is only playing for an invite.

I think Ty’s problems are three fold. First, I think he’s really beat up and it shows.

Second, the running game is bad and he feels he has to carry the team by himself (which is not true), so he’s put all kinds of pressure on himself.

Third, he’s a bit shell shocked by the offensive line and doesn’t trust them. He’s spooked and thinks he’s gonna get killed every passing play.

Because the right side of the line is trash. We need 1-2 tackles in the portal.

Look, turnovers, a poor kicker, and a bad running game (Jam was slow, and even Hill had some atrocious plays) lost this game. And OU played very well on D.

Bama finally ran out of luck.

But hey, they can still make the playoffs - just no first round bye. I’m sure coach is happy he can stop wearing that black hoodie.

Just gotta beat Auburn and make the championship game (and play decently - winning will help).

"Too long," means more than 0.75 seconds, because that's about all the time he had on most plays. There were times when a defender almost beat the ball to him. Joe Montana and Tom Brady couldn't have done any better with this OL and these RBs, this season.

Let me know what else you need help with. I'll be here for you, son.

He had 250 yds in the first half - is that a big stat? Pretty sure we had our best rushing night and Hill only had 60 yds.

We’re imbalanced on offense and don’t stand a chance when Ty struggles like he did tonight.
