I always say that you just shouldn't test and nobody will ever know.
May seem irresponsible, but that's my feeling. Especially being the last game for both teams.
What's the worst that happens?
Everybody on each team tests positive next week, and a handful get a fever?

I don’t disagree with you. Only people getting tested should be high risk individuals or those with symptoms.

I doubt that has been an option

they are changing the covid testing protocols so that tomorrow is the last day of testing for us
I think the contact tracing rules are complete bullshite, and I don't wish ill-will on any legitimate situation they have going on up there, but it is absolutely astounding how many concessions Ohio State has received this season.

Again this came from what I saw who knew someone in the program that told him the programs have met about postponing the game due to Covid. His post was then copied over to multiple OSU boards and within a few hours so called media hacks were creating stories without any real sources that the game was going to get moved.
In the end the only thing that happened for sure was a meeting to discuss what ifs and what protocols needed to be addressed. As mentioned earlier the 18th was already a back up date in case Miami had a rise in cases from the holidays.
This is a perfect example of why to be careful what is posted on these boards especially by so called insiders. More times then not they have no clue and the media hacks that make a living by clicks patrol these boards for their source and stories.

More than once, I have heard Cole Cubelic making comments that were clearly taken from some of the topics on the tRant earlier the same morning. Way too similar on obscure stats, for example, to be a coincidence.
Not saying Cole is a hack of course, but that there’s no doubt that media guys read through here (and I probably would too if I was making a living doing that).

Yep. Clay Travis copied something I posted on a board about 10 years back.

I would say 99% of all recruiting sources are these boards.
