don’t understand when people say “they want the other team at full strength” “no excuses”. Does that make the W smaller? Do we only get half a trophy?

Yes. If you kick Mike tyson's arse while he has two broken arms, do you really think you're a better fighter than he is?

A couple of players on a football team aren't the equivalent of a couple of arms in a Mike tyson, but it's the same principle. And I'm a man of principle.

I agree because we still hear from Texas fans and many other fan bases that if Colt does not get hurt they win the game.

Rumors swirling on the OSU boards, again rumors and nothing official, is that Tyreke Smith and Tommy Togiai tested positive and will not be available for the game on Monday. I am sure they have depth but those two are starting DL and played great against CU. If tru it will also hamper their rotation during the game.

Also expected to get a few others back that missed the CU game for covid.

I just want to win period . In a perfect world yes you want everyone there but I guarantee you Nobody would say anything if Bama had lost a game with no Waddle, Dickerson, Neal (Covid) etc

Yeah, everything I'm seeing on OSU boards and in tweets seems to confirm the rumors are true. Supposedly the loss of Togiai specifically would hurt pretty bad since the drop-off to the next NT is pretty big (I think the backup is actually an Auburn transfer).

After our last few years of numerous injuries to key players IDGAF about what some other team is dealing with. Be on that field Monday, and dont make any excuses.

I mean, he'll be shot up with so many pain killers that they'll probably feel "fine" during the game

There's no way. He wasn't wincing from bad gas.

Now will they do something to make sure the pain doesn't affect him much? Possibly. We'll see what happens after he takes a shot or two from Anderson/Barmore though.

From two highly credible sources this morning. Justin Fields is fine. Ribs are going to be a non factor.

I disagree completely.

- Did Clemson enjoy their Natty any less when Eddie Jackson missed the game and Scarborough got hurt?

- did LSU enjoy beating us any less last season because Tua was limping and Dylan Moses along with our entire MLB crew was injured?

Play the game, who ever is there plays, who ever wins wins. A champion is a champion I don’t give a rats a$$ who was there or not

I still say the "Camback" never happens if Mark Barron hadn't torn his pectoral muscle, or at least informed the medical staff about it.

And of course had that damn fumble by Mark Ingram just rolled out of bounds.

What the heck is going on with Ray? I feel for that kid.
