Kid has all the athletic ability but there comes a point where you have to put meadows in for more snaps. He earned more PT

Trying not to be too negative but do you guys kind of get tired of hearing all the talk in the offseason about holding each other accountable and max effort and this year is gonna be different and everyone is focused and then see the same lack of effort and certain things we saw last year? Or is that just me? I just want success for these guys and for my school.

I thought Meadows played very well, was 2nd among the WRs to Williams. Who’s time should he take?

Thanks for additional film study on the OL.

I’m hoping the staff verbally rips him a new one.
Hope in one hand, crap in the other hand and see which one fills up first.

Yeah but according to some people here, he's too explosive to not be out there...

The greatest thing that can come out of this is for this youtube to circulate to people Williams knows, AND IT WILL. Peer pressure can have dramatic results some times.......And now that The Film Guy is watching for him, there is going to be no where to hide this season because the film is always rolling.
One last thing, if his dicking off cost us a game, I hope every NFL scout pays attention and it costs him in the draft.
You're right, the best thing is this will more than likely find it's way into the lockerroom and I bet even some of the coaches watch it. It's going to have to be addressed before other players start doing it as well.

Yep, and it lets you know the coaches aren't holding players or certain players, accountable. If I'm the coach RW's isn't starting the next game and possibly sitting out the entire first quarter. This lack of effort when he isn't getting the ball has been going on since last season. So, it's not like it is something new.

I remember Lawson telling the head coach what to do in the Vandy loss, on live tv and he took it. Who runs the program?

And if I'm CKD, I'm having coach Nix tell his room that they are having an open contest to re-order the depth chart, and we are starting with blocking drills.

I'd seen this too. Tengwall is a really objective guy and knows his stuff. Kind of surprised he's not a coach somewhere.

Coaches would be smart to watch him. You are getting another unbiased eye on your film. Hell if I was a coach, id contract him as a third party to review my film and film on upcoming opponents. Id imagine that like everything in life, one can develop blind spots when self critiquing

Not only does RCW loaf he also just is not a great route runner and is not physical so its hard for him to go over the middle reliably against good comp. I genuinely root for him and hate that despite a good receiving game he's getting killed like this. But we have to be honest, he has a lot of flaws simply as a player. So if he is not gonna give effort then he's actually actively hurting his odds in the NFL. May sound silly but he just has not shown enough to me to be considered a decent draft pick at this point simply because he has one elite trait. He has to at least give effort to offset the other flaws he has.

RCW's film after game 1 can't be as bad as it was for Bray Hubbard after the FSU game last year. Hopefully Ryan responds as well as Bray did.

Its pretty similar. I got around to watching some of the plays in question yesterday, and they are as bad as everyone in here has been saying.
Maybe I'm remembering incorrectly, but I seem to recall Williams being a good, trustworthy downfield blocker his first two seasons. idk, hopefully the coaches address it, and he sees everyone talking about it, and realizes that he can't loaf like that again. He's a game changer, so we need him on the field, but he can't do that shite.
